Thanks for your concern mate.
Can’t take test at all for a while because it increases the likelihood of malignant arythmia. I don’t have any hint of CHD, the problem appears to be cardiomyopathy unfortunately. No one will prescribe test to someone in this condition, and even taking a SERM right now is dangerous.
Might be able to do TRT in 6 months if my heart heals but I’ll definitely be doing it through an endo this time.
it’s going to be a rough descent!
I hope everything goes well for you or at least as good as it can under the circumstances.
I have an endocrinology condition where my hormone levels don't trail one another the way that most peoples do. I've had all sorts of tests done and been to multiple specialists and done everything up through a pituitary MRI.
I have tried a lot of things to help with my natural test levels and the best things I've ever used personally are M-Test and Optimize-T. With M-Test, the increase in test levels and especially free testosterone was very significant, enough that my doctor told me to not come off of it as long as my free test levels stayed elevated, because in my case, they were never able to get them up like that even with medication. So when I tried Optimize-T, in my case, I was adding it onto M-Test - just wanted to explain that for clarity purposes. Optimize-T does help a lot with libido and I feel better during the day on it.
Alpha Gel was mentioned above and I've been wanting to try that myself. I'm going to probably start that on Sunday. It's interesting because it has a natural test boosting and anti-estrogen aspect to it and a lot of people report increased energy levels and motivation with it, and I could definitely use both of those benefits.
I can't really recommend anything for you bc as someone with a medical condition myself, I respect the intricacies of these types of situations. But just wanted to share what has worked for me personally in case you can get any ideas for benefits for you from it.
