Stocks

13 or 14 years ago I had bought some TSLA for my son and set it aside as either a college savings, or trade school or whatever comes next. I'm not going to be taking on 6 figures in student loans for him but if I can give him a jump start I'm happy to.
That said, I'm pretty happy with what TSLA has done lately.

it's sorta like a crypto stock in that it's constantly hounded in FUD but has really performed well for me the past decade.

nice TSLA, apple, google never will fail you .. just need patience on those at times.
i love them all .. we just chase those quick rich schemes

which is why I hold a lot of crypto and like to hit the local poker room lol

haha nice ..i love me some texas hold em
was playing online with real money .. had to quit lol

The rest seems like plays HAM is trying to "wish" and coerce into happening, for his own gain. If it was real, GTII would have taken off this morning organically after the Friday push.

I have no long stocks at all in my account, but my wife has done very well with UNH over the past 10 years. Doesnt have a massive position or anything.

WULF broke $3, hoping more holders sell and jump into GTII.

aside from TSLA my two best purchases in my life were GE and FB. when FB IPO'd everyone jumped in, I said not yet... it dipped and I started buying at $18. I DCA'd that for like 2 years.

GE... same thing back in the crash of 07-08 it fell and I started buying around $5-8? I can't remember but I looked at their financials and thought damn, they're fine. so I spent 2 years buying some with every paycheck until the dividends were enough to start selling off the quarterly dividends to diversify and buy other stuff. around 2016 I sold all my GE stock at like $31-33 with a cost basis around only like $11 and used that money as a down payment on a condo that cost around $130k that I sold last year for $385k. I really like thinking about this one because if you think about it... I didn't pay $130k even for that condo... I paid an average of $11ea for those GE shares that I sold and parlayed into that new profit.

not sure I'll see any more big flips like that in my life time lol, but it was a good enough experience that I try to show it to my son and step kids so they can see the value in some DCA / long term holding... (personal opinion but hey, its worked ok for me)

actually, the other best purchases were alaska airlines, delta, and MGM during the massive crypto dip in like march of 2020 LOL. I bought them all on margin. I got our earlier than I needed to but took my profits and RAN ha.

History have shown if you hold for 2-5years eventually break even ( hoping that’s true for mmat, muln & vocl )

Lol fingers crossed

My main longs are pltr & psny which I plan to hold for decades hopefully treats me well which I’m somewhat confident it will

now I've made some bad holds too in my time lol. I'm not sure I ever made profit with Zynga, gopro, or a few others that I considered "long term value holds" back in the day.... but I am still a firm firm believer in DCA.

Fisker and WBX had very good days today.

I am playing both Fisker and Polestar.... hoping at least one of them is the next big thing!

read a report PLTR options have been going crazy
currently 90% up last 3 months.

*no jinkx*

getting greedy here ,., moved my $9 sell of FNGR position to $17 and some change.

My old boss used to say.... the pig gets fat and the hog gets slaughtered!

Wow VOCL skyrocketed 120% today!!! WTF????

picked up 20 more shares of finger in a diff broker .. these will be quick sale for $40-50 profit if i see

MEME index is up

yeah i just got done reading marketwatch article on "how meme stocks are back"

lets see how long it lasts .. maybe new hype of FNGR & GTII is causing the wave to return

Is today super squeeze moass day, finally??!?!?

HAM's "expert" friend that he consults to "thinks" FNGR squeeze will take place over several weeks. That being said, FNGR already has been in a squeeze, short buy ins already taking place.

I wouldn't play it... the trend line seems pretty steady downward. Little bump ups but then lower and lower

I agree, just can’t stop watching it, it’s like an addiction lol

Again, the meme pump stalled out??

Well squeeze or no squeeze, there will be pullbacks no matter what even with GME, AMC and VW runs. All the memes could tank back down into low numbers again, ya never know but pullbacks are expected. Swing traders short attacks, etc....

I'm thinking in the possible scenarios for pullbacks ("swing traders, short attacks") the MOST likely is that the fake internet hype trying to manipulate a short squeeze faltered because there was nothing real supporting it.

Just sayin'...

But I do enjoy the game and watching/playing the various ups and downs.

Just not as fun when its more downs.... except if I make $75 more at the end of the year ;)

I bought a small position in FNGR, sold NVOS to fund it, that stock was going to make me regurgitate.

welcome aboard hopefully you wont have to be avg down on this pos

So lets see 300 shares at 6.10

Sell 300 shares at 100k floor=$30,000,000

That should provide me a little insurance cushion in case GTII fails me and I have to pay $76 @BamBam54 for another lost bet.

volume on MULN was insane today .. or maybe picking up AH now

Thats strange, unless this is a part of that "buy in," but I have no idea if that took place yet or when.

might just them buying and will dump it all again to bring it down to todays close while retailers are thinking "shorts are toast"

but these damn ceo/cfo getting rich and richer

What I heard and I didnt check the direct source is that he has 12 months to buy them up, and its all up to him if he does so anyways.
