Hi guys, stopping Epistane after a week. Advice on a PCT?

I have been running Epistane @ 30mg for a week, but need to stop due to health conditions and anxiety. Any advice on a PCT? I read that Nolva is good with Epistane, which is what I bought for my cycle. Should I take the full course of Nolva? Also, can I take any other natural supplements during this time?

I have Nolva to run after the 4 week cycle, but I just cannot continue after the first week. Should I get an OTC test booster and supplements instead?
 
After one week, I probably wouldn’t even bother with the Nolva unless I was noticing nipple discomfort.
