I am about 16 days into logging AlphaBuild. The first 4 months or so of this year I had a goal to build strength. By the end of that I had put on a little bad weight and wanted to lean out for summer. I started a slow cut and after about 3 weeks of losing about 1 lb per week I started AlphaBuild.
I started my cut at 6'5 228 lbs and I'd guess 14% BF or so. I've been lifting for over 10 years and have tried a lot of different supplements over the years. By the time AlphaBuild was added I was at 225 lbs.
Since starting AlphaBuild my weight loss sped up a bit. I've lost 4 lbs in just over 2 weeks. But the main things I notice are how I feel.
-Increased sweating while working out for sure
-Increased pumps while working out to a small degree
-Increased muscle fullness for hours after my workout
-Slightly increased endurance for the weekly 1 mile runs I've done and also while lifting weights towards the end of a workout
The only negative is the capsules have a strong scent to them, but that's not a big deal.
I still have a couple weeks left and can't wait to see more progress. So far I would say this is a top tier supplement for recomping or holding muscle while cutting.
