What’s up AM!?

Its been a minute since I’ve reviewed a product. To help lean me out for summer, I’m going to share some data and goals. I’ve been slow getting back into the gym after covid, so I’ve been training some and trying to
Maintain. I got married during covid- man does that change your free time and goals!

I stay typically pretty lean for film roles. In my 20s and 30s I played a lot of big tough guys.

I eat lower carb for about five days a week, and enjoy carbs for the weekend, mostly with some limits. During the week I stay between 50-125 grams of carbs a day.

I get about 25 minutes of cardio a day and do strength training twice a week, I know I have room for improvement.

My mother in law died suddenly right before Christmas. The reason I’m sharing this information is so you know why I chose this product. Lean Edge from SNS has a number of unique and anxiety/ stress fighting compounds. I’m sharing my bf, bmi, and my bodies age as goals of what I want to improve with this product. Speedy fat loss products and yohimbine have a history of accelerating my anxiety, so this product is ideal for what I have going on currently. I’ve been fighting some strong anxiety attacks and busted nerves due to the shock of losing my young Mother in Law. Doing grief therapy, taking lexipro and Valium to help cope. Here’s my stats and some product information. I’ll update on how the scale, stats, and overall how I feel- which was a BIG part of why I wanted to use this product currently.

I’ll update as numbers/ how I feel morphs.

Enjoy and thanks for tuning in!

Congratulations on getting married. I'm very sorry to hear about your mother-in-law passing.

Thank you for the details as to why you chose Lean Edge and I think that that is something that some people overlook about Lean Edge in general, that it targets fat loss in so many different ways, including thru helping with cortisol levels related to stress - and can also help improve mood and lessen anxiety in some people.

Stress and anxiety can be brutal and play a large role in fat gain and hurt our results in trying to get fat off and also hurt our motivation to stay on track with diet and exercise.

Totally different situation, but similar reasoning in product selection - I was in a bad accident a year ago and broke my shoulder and my leg in 3 places including the shin snapping and coming out thru my calf muscle. The last year has been the hardest year of my life both physically and mentally and I had really let myself go and lost a lot of muscle and gained a lot of fat. Because of the anxiety and depression, I lacked any motivation whatsoever to even try to do anything about it. I still can't train at all, but I did start trying to make some small corrections in my diet and started back on a fat loss supplement regimen 2 weeks ago, including Lean Edge. I have to take my diet corrections slow bc I have an autoimmune condition and if I go from eating like crap to strict diet too quick, it will cause a flareup. I've used Lean Edge previously and love it, but it was under different life circumstances. I can definitely say that from the first 2 to 3 days of starting it this time around, I felt a positive influence on mood, a decrease in appetite, and all around less anxious and more of a desire to eat cleaner, so its been great for me under the circumstances.

I hope that you'll enjoy it and if you have any questions, please let me know. I'm glad to help.

It's a great product and a really great price, especially for everything that it includes.

You can take them together no problem.

I take M-Test daily which has 695 mg. of KSM-66 in it and I also take Stress & Anxiety Support which has some Sensoril in it also; there's no worry of using them together.

KSM-66 and Sensoril are both derived from Ashwagandha and the respective branded ingredient companies market against one another since they're competitors, but the ingredients are really completely different in my opinion in terms of constituents and results. I think that KSM-66 is the better form for testosterone support whereas Sensoril is the better form for stress and anxiety and is a better inclusion in Lean Edge for the cortisol and mood support benefits.

I just ordered my first 2 bottles of lean edge as well! Thanks Steve for that bit on the ashwagandha differences, never knew what was up there.
That's great to hear. I think and hope that you'll really enjoy it. It's a great product.

And you're welcome - there's a lot of confusion on Ashwagandha in general. My cliff notes are - KSM for testosterone; Sensoril for stress, anxiety, and cortisol related fat loss; and never a generic under any circumstances. Even the Indian government issued an advisory for people not to take non reputable non-standardized extracts because many raw material suppliers use them stems, which may not necessarily be safe.

Update: howdy all! A few days into taking Lean Edge and I can report this. My stress levels seem lessened, my appetite seems more under control, and and due to less stress my desire to eat sweets/ alcohol is minimal. The product is doing what I wanted it to. I don’t “feel” anything from taking the product, but it seems to make my self control and need for useless calories way more manageable. My body weight and bf have gone down due to better control and feeling less hunger/ stress. Still at 45 body age, looking forward to getting that down to my actual age, 44!

Thank you so much. I appreciate your kind words and sharing. It’s been tough, grateful it’s getting further in the rear view. If I can get down to 205 or less I’ll be really happy with lean edge!

I'm glad that it is helping with stress and your appetite, especially the sugar cravings.

It does the exact same for me - its really helped my appetite overall and especially sugar cravings, to the point I've actually been really surprised. I'm a sugarholic and I can say that in 2 and a half weeks of starting it, I've only craved sweets twice and for short periods and that's pretty incredible for me.

It's interesting - I'm 44 as well and my goal is also to get to 205. Once I get to 205, I'll start trying to focus on still leaning out but also trying to build more muscle back.
