@sns8778 Please critique my SNS 8 week New Years stack. I’m going all in with this stack because my goal is to put on as much lean muscle mass as I can.
I posted which supplements I’m taking with food and which I’m taking on an empty stomach. The supps that I’m taking on an empty stomach, I’m taking all those together twice a day on an empty stomach. Please let me know if I should change my protocol based on what I have listed below.

SNS Anacyclus XT
  • 2 capsules twice a day (4 total) once in the morning & once in the evening on an empty stomach!
SNS Furosap® XT
  • 1 capsules a day once in the morning on an empty stomach!
SNS Spilanthes XT
  • 1 capsules twice a day (2 total) once in the morning & once in the evening on an empty stomach!
SNS Recomp 20
  • 2 capsules twice a day (4 total) once in the morning & once in the evening with food!
Api-Plex 200 Mg. Apigenin (as ApiPure™)
  • 1 capsule twice per day (2 total) on an empty stomach!
SNS Urolithin-B XT
  • 1 capsule twice per day (2 total) on an empty stomach!
SNS Forskolin XT
  • 2 capsules twice per day (4 total) on an empty stomach!

SNS Phosphatidic Acid And SNS Anabolic XT or Cloma-Plex should've Been top of this list.
I’ve ran MEDIATOR® Phosphatidic Acid twice before and saw nothing. I ran for 8 weeks at 1,500 mg and then another 8 week run at 3,000 mg and both times I did not see any type of effect. I must be a non responder.

Thank you for the very well detailed post.

Your layout looks great in my opinion.

For the Forskolin XT, I doubt you will have any stomach issues with it but you are using a high dose so if you were to, just space the dosage out more times per day or take it with food.

Cloma-Plex would definitely be a great addition to this stack.

Anabolic XT would be as well, but it may be that he didn't get it just bc we've been out of stock on it.

He had just replied on Phosphatidic Acid and his experience with other brands - and I'll reply to him in depth in a separate post, but I agree with you that it would be a great addition and a great foundation for almost any lean muscle building stack.

Different things work different for different people so its possible that you don't respond well to it, BUT - and please don't mention the brand you've taken previously in this thread, just pm it to me please - there are a lot of brands in the past that have used some very deceptive labeling to make people think they're getting more active Phosphatidic Acid than they really were and also there are some brands that were claiming to use Mediator that just flat out weren't.

Pm me what brand you had tried and we can discuss it privately.

I would just encourage you or anyone else not to form an opinion of Phosphatidic Acid XT based off of prior experiences with other brands, because the feedback on Phosphatidic Acid XT has been great and we are completely open label and 4 capsules supplies 1,500 mg. total Mediator for 750 mg. actual Phosphatidic Acid + clinically researched Senactiv, Apigenin, and two clinically researched absorption enhancers.

@offredjo love the layout and best of luck .. great stack, hopefully treats you well.

I havent done Forsklin at 4 caps .. as SNS said i have to space mine out i find it the best.

cant wait to see the end results .. if you are pleased with the results around week 6 .. I would pick either Anacyclus or Recomp w/ UroXT .. and throw in AnabolicXT for another 8-12 weeks .. would solidify your gains .. ofcourse see how you feel .. usually 4-5 weeks tells us alot.

AnabolicXT i knew it in 3 days that i never wanna get off lol

@sns8778 So I just completed my 8 week run of this stack. Below are the effects I noticed but first let me reiterate what I was taking and the protocol I was adhering to:

So after 8 weeks, I can report that my strength has gone way up and more fullness was noticed overall during my workouts as well as quite some time after my workouts. One very unexpected effect was I didn’t need to take any preworkouts (and I'm a pre-workout/stim junkie!) I felt I was very motivated in the gym and I was keeping my rest in between sets to a minimum (30 seconds to 1 minute max)
Overall, I was/am extremely pleased with the results from this stack and I will absolutely be running it again in the fall. For now it’s time for me to begin my cut.
@sns8778 your products, as always, are top notch!!!!

Thank you for posting such a detailed review. I really appreciate it and I'm so very happy that you enjoyed the products.

Since my accident, I have been extremely depressed and had just let myself go and lost a lot of muscle and put on a lot of fat. I have to be careful not to tighten my diet up too quickly or it will aggravate my autoimmune condition and cause me to have a flare up, but I'm a little over 2 weeks in to cleaning it up some and have been doing a pretty intensive fat loss supplement stack.

If you have any questions or need any help deciding what supplements to use on your cut (if using any), let me know and I'll be glad to help.

For me, I'm doing a stack that's more than most people would want to do, but I have got to lose some fat fast - for my appearance, overall health, and just self esteem. I'm doing Lean Edge (2 caps 3x per day), Thermo Scorch (3 caps first thing when wake up), TTA-500 (1 cap 3x per day), Forskolin XT (1 cap 3x per day), GlucoVantage XT (1 cap 3x per day), and an additional 1,000 mg. of MitoBurn XT before bedtime. After this bottle of MitoBurn XT, which I already had open, I'll be switching to LipoVantage before bedtime and see how I like it - I'm a nighttime eater when I wake up in middle of the night and a lot of people say that LipoVantage really helps kill appetite.

^^^ For anyone reading, that's a ton of fat loss supps so its more than I'd suggest for the average person. If I were narrowing it down I would definitely keep Lean Edge and Thermo Scorch or LipoVantage or Lipo Elite as my base and then add from there.

Please tell me you are tracking things, and will do a detailed summary of everything! I know a lot of us would love to see/hear the results. Keep on pushing.

Thank you for the kind words and encouragement.

I am keeping detailed track of everything, but I'm not sure if I'll post it or not.

The reason that I typically don't post my own regimens is because it seems like some people always have something negative or mean spirited to say and I have enough negativity and depression in my own life without dealing with people on here contributing to it.

For example, I've had so many people over the years ask me to post up what my ideal supplement regimen for overall health purposes would be and what I use myself. I haven't done much of anything right health wise in the last year because of being so depressed from the accident and around the time I started the fat loss stack above, I had started back on a pretty large regimen of general health supplements because I've really let myself go. Someone started a thread asking people what they took for general health and antioxidants and on Sunday I put over an hour into typing up a very detailed post on exact what I took and why and I started my very first post in the thread with:

I think that something like this needs to be very individualized based on what health issues a person has, is trying to avoid, or has a family history of.

Mine is probably a lot more extensive than most people's would be, but I'll quantify that by explaining that I have an autoimmune condition, a family history of cardiovascular issues and cancer, and I was involved in a bad accident a year ago and fell into a very deep depression and just completely let myself go in terms of eating like crap, lost a lot of muscle, and gained a lot of fat. There were a few consistent supplements thru that but not many (M-Test, Optimize-T, Epi-Plex, Stress & Anxiety Support). I also had Covid last year and am one of the ones that have suffered dramatic fatigue for months now afterwards and brutal brain fog. So for me, my focus is on dropping a lot of body-fat as quickly as possible and also improving overall health.

My regimen right now is extensive, but keep in mind I'm trying to recovery from an accident that almost killed me and caused a lot of traumatic bone, muscle, and nerve damage on top of having an autoimmune condition and just completely letting myself go for the past year.

Then I detailed out in great detail exactly what I took and why, in hopes that anyone reading could look at what I'm taking and get ideas for things that would help them with their own health and fitness goals.

^^^ I put all that work into trying to be helpful and the result was multiple quips and remarks about how many pills it was, people questioning if I really took that much or implying that I was lying, and then some in general just being real jerks.

I put close to another 2 hours into that thread yesterday being detailed, for people just to continue to be disrespectful.

It ruined my entire day and made me feel very unappreciated and disrespected. I put probably more time and details into my replies than anyone here and truly love helping people - and to have people act like I'm lying - screw that, I was just trying to be helpful. I've been considering for awhile now whether I was going to keep posting here because of some of the negative things that have happened in the last few months.

I had a draft going for a new product release for last night and that thread upset me so bad I just deleted it and will do the launch elsewhere.

I would love to post about my fat loss regimen, but my fear is that it would just turn into a situation like that again.
