My (M) nipples started leaking

Me: 32yo M. I've been pinching my nipples when I get anxious since I was a little kid. Around 14 some milky white stuff started coming out. I'd get these wet spots on my shirt so I had to wear a jacket all the time. It stopped eventually
Recently I started running a Test E and winstrol cycle and the nipple leaking has started up again. I’ve been trying to pinch my nipples lightly and even tried wearing mittens while pinching my nipples but I can’t stop the leaking.
The other day at the gym in the locker room while I was changing shirts a guy in there screams YOU GOT MILK COMING OUT YOUR TIT WTF!!!! I ran out of there so fast I didn’t even put my shirt back on. I wanna keep going to the gym but I’m to embarrassed to go now.

any advice?
 
First of all stop pinching them and stop touching them all together, it's one of the worst things you can do. When you have gyno from high prolactin you can lactate and when you touch them your basically stimulating them to give you "milk".

Stop fukin playing with them seriously! It only makes it worse. Come off cycle, if you want any chance at fixing things or at least getting them under control you need to go get blood work done and you also need to talk to a doctor and let them know this has been happening since you were 14 years old. Without bloodwork we are playing a guessing game so my guess, at bare minimum, you need to run a pct with a high dose of nolvadex, at least 40mg a day, might wanna start at 60. Once you finish pct you should probably switch to raloxefine and use 60-100mg a day for about a month or 2.

That's the best advice I can give with the information provided
 
Fetishes aside, why the fuk pinch your nipples. Thats like headbutting a brick wall repeatedly and wondering why your head is bleeding.

You get used to it after a while. The discharge is warm so it feels good on cold days

Probably, I would tell the Dr. It's a issue you have had on and off since puberty.

I already said that ( go dr.) in my post I think.

With the information you provided, if I was you I would..... Read my first post, it's all in there. Come off cycle, pct, bloodwork ect.
 
I've also decided I'm going to use "fapclown" as an epithet from now on. As in: "We weren't sure if he was serious but he was such a fapclown that Nos just assumed that he had to be a troll without a bridge."

Once he used the word fap I assume Gen y or Gen alpha. But he's too young for gen a to be leaking out his titties?

I asked the gym owner if I would be allowed to come back after the incident and he told me to go to a CrossFit gym?? Said I would fit in fine there.

It's pretty good content imo.
Imagine catching an eye full of nipple discharge and everyones reactions at the gym.
