PCT advice please

Im planning on feeding my pet rat Ligandrol for 8 weeks at 20mgs per day. Not sure what pct to use or if I should give him additional supplements during his cycle for health reasons. If anyone could give me some advice that'd be fantastic.

You could do an on cycle support supplement during cycle and then I always recommend nolva or clomid as serm during pct.

Always do a PCT after running an androgen. Anything androgenic will be suppressive. Get a SERM like tamoxifen or clomiphene, some people prefer one over the other, but it doesn’t really matter much overall. It’s never a bad idea to use other supplements for liver, kidney, and heart health with these things. The easiest thing would be to find a decent on cycle support supplement, but you could do better by building your own stacks. Just depends on how seriously you want to take it.
