I want to share my cycle with you guys, and post my progress and body composition changes over the course of my cycle. This is my second SARMs cycle and my second test cycle. My goal is to recomp as much as possible. Drinking a half gallon of chocolate milk a day about ten bananas a day yogurt chicken and peanut butter and redcon 1 mre lite twice a day. I'm on a tight budget but I get plenty of calories which I don't count btw I just keep myself full. I will post my starting pictures and by the end of the cycle I will post my before and Afters. I'm wondering what's a good estrogen blocker because I am very estrogen sensitive I've heard formestane is stronger than arimistane any ideas? Also I am taking 4 andro which I bought to keep my estro and test up while running my epistane kickstart because my test was still on route. Took like 3 weeks to notice the epistane at -. 30mg. But the strength gains are lhere and in getting leaner and bigger.if anyone has any ideas of what I could add to increase fat loss or any comments at all I welcome you to join the thread. My doses are as follows

Yk-11 5mg twice a day
Rad-140 10mg once a day
Test cyp 250mg total split into two doses weekly
Epistane kickstart 30mg
4 andro 310 mg a day
Creatine 8 grams a day
I plan on running the SARMs for seven weeks and I'll be staying on the test as a trt dose. I've been on the epistane for about three weeks and I just took my first half ml shot of test yesterday any one have any experience with how fast I will feel the mood and energy benefits? I'm pretty sure I'm suppressed if not shut down right now but my test came right on time before the epi runs out I have about a weeks worth of epi left and I started my SARMs yesterday. Apparently rad-140 and yk-11 only take a week to notice results, does anyone have experience working with these two SARMs?
Also another topic: what compounds have some people ran with their trt dose to amplify gains when growth reaches plateaus?

You haven't reached a growth plateau, you've just let your body fat get too high and when your body fat gets too high your insulin sensitivity gets poor and your body will prioritize fat gain over muscle gain. You should cut out the chocolate milk and bananas and all that and get on a real cutting diet and drop down to about 10%-12% bf or a full set of abs and then start bulking again or you're going to keep spinning your wheels.

As far as the compounds you selected, 10mg of rad 140 is literally going to do nothing except for maybe a female. Taking 10 mg of rad is like taking 5 to 10 mg of anavar or epistane or tbol. Your just wasting it. Adding 4 Andro when your on testosterone is like adding regular gasoline to rocket fuel, it will probably just increase your estrogen.

I would drop all the orals and raise my testosterone dose to 400, add 300-400 masteron to help with estrogen and start cutting for a solid 12-16 weeks

Also is your yk oral or injectable? Because if it's oral your wasting it. It has no bioavailabilty. By your pics you have a decent foundation and if you did a real " cut" you'd probably have the physique your looking for. You're nut going to lose muscle of you keep your protein high. That's why we take gear. To get rid of the paranoia of losing muscle while cutting. I wish I would've gotten that through my thick skull before o was almost 40 years old. I'd be a lot farther in my journey. 25 years of bulking and " recomping" didn't get me very far. And i don't give a damn what Doucette says. It doesn't work

I once spent a entire year "recomping" the following year I did one bulk and 1 cut in a period of like 5months and made more progress then the whole previous year. I agree, the only way you get a noticable recomp in a short period of time or make a successful bulk when bf is already high is when you prioritize high amounts of gear with tren and sd in the mix over diet and even then it's challenging
