Tamoxifen transdermal cream for gyno.

So I came across a pharmacy that carries tamoxifen 20mg/ml TD product for gyno and it had me intrigued! I have a ton of tamoxifen and was thinking about making this but not sure if anyone has any good information?

I also ordered DHT raws bit still haven't got that yet but my plan is to make a transdermal 10% TD which I found lots of information on this but SERM TD not so much!

I think the local application of tamoxifen around the nipple would probably be quite effective! The studies on DHT TD for gyno is quite promising! I have very mild gyno but if I could eliminate it I would be very happy!!!

I have used it many many times personally and with clients in the past and it works like a charm for gyno.
Remember Nolva is a breast cancer drug and targets and blocks E in breast tissue.

That and Ralox are preferred drugs for gyno, pre gyno, etc.

I used to make my own.

can you msg me the site? is it prescription?

The molecular weight is 563.6 so it’s on the heavy side for transdermal application.

ideally you’d want the mw to be under 500, so it close. Might work with the right carrier.
I’d personally go for rectal administration if you’re looking for maximum absorption.

If it works orally, is it really that much better as a transdermal? Transdermal would work applied directly to the nip?

I can't post it directly but there is a pharmacy carrying it for transdermal directly to the gyno! I do have some interesting ncbi articles detailing the efficacy of direct gyno application transdermal so it's real.

It looks like the best way to create the transdermal is oleic oil solvent emulsion which seems feasible for me to pull off with the equipment I have!

Here is a decent article on both ralox and tamoxifen transdermal application....

Are you saying you have directly experience with transdermal application tamoxifen? If so please send me whatever you have for formulations please or just post them here for everyone! I am planning to experiment and in fact I already dissolved some tamoxifen into some solvent mixture waiting g for complete dissociation before attempting an emulsion but any first hand experience would be priceless!!!

Here is what the pharmacy site says about there product I wish I could just post the site but rules!

Tamoxifen is a Selective Estrogen-Receptor Modifier (SERM), which has both estrogenic AND anti-estrogenic effects on various tissues in the body. It is chemically related to another antiestrogen, clomiphene (see Clomiphene Citrate).

Gynecomastia is a benign fibrotic proliferation of male breast glandular tissue and can occur in all stages of life. Gynecomastia may be painful and psychologically disturbing in some patients. Gynecomastia may occur as a result of increases in estrogen or decreases in androgen levels. Hormonal shifts causing gynecomastia may occur during puberty and aging but may also be idiopathic or result from various diseases or from the use of certain drug therapies.

Tamoxifen has been shown in studies to be safe and effective in the prophylaxis and/or treatment of gynecomastia and breast pain associated with a number of drug therapies and other factors. Studies have been conducted to assess the feasibility of preparing tamoxifen citrate in a safe and effective topical formulation that can locally target ductal tissue. Additional research on tamoxifen citrate has shown that no metabolic degradation of tamoxifen occurs in the skin, which suggests suitability for topical delivery.

Studies also show that Tamoxifen Citrate in various formulations can successfully pass through in vitro artificial and in vivo animal skin, and accumulate in subcutaneous tissues, absorb into the bloodstream, excrete in the urine and show significant antagonistic effects on estrogen-stimulated proliferation.

This formulation uses a unique hydrophilic, occlusive vehicle with emollient and skin protective effects. The formulation is preservative-free with liposomal and penetration enhancing agents for optimal drug delivery.

Yes this would be directly applied for a localized effect directly on the ductile tissue and studies claim reduced side effects and increased efficacy?

This is the product it's by a pharmacy called empower which I'm pretty sure I can post this because it's not a source just a brand?

Well I just remembered something about tamoxifen though and that it's actual a prodrug which means I don't understand how this works? I'll do more research but it's actual 4 hydroxy tamoxifen that's the active and so I can't wrap my head around how that would happen locally in the skin because I'm pretty sure that's hepatic conversion???

Yes that is what I am saying

Buy your raw Nolva powder

Use Iron Legion salvo and make your own transdermals. That is what I have done for the last 10+ years.

DMSO can work but isn't your top choice.

I bought the Nolva powder and the Iron Legion salvo and am going to try this and see how good it works. Thanks for the idea !
