Going to start a dhea cycle any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Is chromium necessary and I don't have any anti-estrogen and I'm concerned about gyno, my chest already has a little fat on it. I Don't really want it to get worse. Also thinking about taking Gynexin after my cycle but would dim be enough. Should I take dim on my cycle.

If youre meaning just regular, run of the mill dhea...I doubt you will see much benefit from this, unless you are hormonally deficient in some respect.
 
I hear good things about DHEA, isn't that the stuff banned from professional sports because it's known to work?
 
Yes, it can certainly work, most noticeably in an environment of deficiency. Are you deficient in some relevant respect? Well, you could get bloods to see....or assume you may be because you fit some demographic...or you could take a gamble and run some.

What product/s are you considering?
 
I'm ending a beast supertest and D-aspiratic acid cycle. And now I want to run DHEA but not sure what dosage is to high to low and I'm concerned about gyno. I'm 27 years old, I had alott of the symptoms of low-t and beast helped a lot truly loved it.
I picked up straight DHEA 100mg tabs.
 
Have you considered getting hormones/lipids/etc tested, just to see objectively where youre at? Doing so may give you a better idea where you should be focusing your supplemental/dietary efforts.
 
I have I never really liked doctors and I guess I've been delaying doing it because it will tell me if the problem is real idk.. but for now I'm going to try this and work out hard with a carb cycling diet
 
In a human trial, Trans-Dermal DHEA (better absorbed than oral) only raised Testosterone from 389ng/dl to 416ng/dl. At 27, you will 99.999999999999999999999999999999999% notice nothing.

Ok so I'm thinking about running another 3-4 weeks of supertest and do the full 8 weeks with d-asparatic acid and dhea. I also have long john but I think I'm going to save that for the end of my cycle
The DHeA bottle says 100mg daily there is a 200 day supply if I take it like that, or should I take 400mg a day for 4 weeks then stop? Thank you everyone for you advice
Also still wondering if dim should be taken I don't have the strongest chest, and gunk is one of the side effects along with Acne. But I can't find proper dosing weird I know
 
How are you liking the DIM, is it helping with your chest at all? I ran it for awhile and it did not seem to help. It does help my veins pop at the gym, if used pre workout .

I've noticed nothing running both of those. I would rather run Kings Blood.

The chance of any of that stuff you mentioned, doing anything for you, is between 'Slim' and 'None' - sorry to tell you.
 
Pick up some Dermacrine or Sup3r-DHEA.

Gyno probably won't be a problem. And chest fat is not Gyno. You'll know you have Gyro when there is a small lump of breath tissue behind your nipple, which will most likely be super sensitive and possibly even lactate.
 
I came across 1-andro and 4-andro.... now 1-andro it says is stronger then testosterone and a pct is required did I just find the strongest legal product that I have been searching for and here I am thinking Dhea is dhea but it is synthesized into many different types. What do you think?

Crap...I ordered some DHEA spray on amazon for $26. I will give it a shot anyways.

Aye. From the studies Ive seen, supplemental dhea will typically increase most dramatically:

Dhea/s levels (duh)
DHT
Estrone
Free test
 
Sounds like you need to do much more and much due research, before you jump into all this. You are far from ready. You will get there, but for now get out a pen and pad, and hope on that der Google.

Out of curiosity, how would you go about your PCT? What would the set up look like. This is ultimately more important than the cycle itself.

This is kind of where it starts and ends. It will do something, but with marginal difference. Deficiency of course is a different topic.
 
Haha DHEA at 400mg per day. And you're trying to avoid tits!.

You do realise you can get bloodwork without a doc? If you think you have issues get baseline bloodwork and remove the guesswork and random self medication.

listen to the poster that advised you to get pen and paper. You dont even need to trawl the internet just stick with this board. You'll learn a lot. Lots of smart guys on here.

You'll notice blood pressure and maybe stim dick lol. There are actual sources that state it wont even elevate testosterone.
 
Yeh maybe that's a little high the pills I got are 100mg I took 100mg the first day 200mg the second day and both nights I could barely sleep and I can feel my mind differently it's a strange feeling, well anyway I'm going to stick at 100mg. And I'm going to take it until my super test runs out in 3 weeks. And I'm going to take Gynexin and long john after for a month. I think I'm going to try a 1-Andro and 4-Andro cycle next time now that I have tried all of the weaker stuff... I I forgot I also started taking GF-9 at night the natural growth factor formula I'll be taking that for 6 months
 
Even 100mg is too high particularly for someone aged 27 and you've not been diagnosed as DHEA deficient ! Plse do a little reading around this and stop experimenting willy nilly.

It's your choice. im out of here. you're probably one of those people who chose to do their own thing regardless
 
I have been trying to find proper dosage for dhea but couldn't come up with anything solid. That's why I made the thread thank you maybe I'll split the pill in half in my morning protein shake

Dude, theres no "proper dosage for dhea", where "proper dosage" means "one size fits all!!"

Dhea is not like creatine, where you can pretty much rely on some universal dose amount for erryone.

There is a difference between how much dhea you may "need" because you are deficient and seek to establish normal physiological levels...and some guy running exogenous hormones/drugs that suppress the hpta....and a forum bro wishing to push well above physiological (ie supraphysiological)...etc etc

Just to put some generic figures on things, lotsa dudes who supplement with dhea for deficiency reasons rarely get above 50mg per day.
 
Thank you I'm feeling like it was a waste of money now. Anyways thank you all for the advice. I'm going to finish up with my super test cycle and run Gynexin. Maybe I should just go all natural feeling kinda discouraged. Or go to a doctor maybe and get androgel haha
 
Just bite the bullet and get some bloods done man. The longer you put it off, the greater the chance youll regret it down the line if you procrastinate.

I assume if you go through your dr the bloods will cost nothing, or at least cheaper than going to a clinic on your own bat. But, going through your doc, he may not agree with doing a comprehensive panel (which I think, if you gonna do this, that would be ideal).

If you do this on your own, 60$ or therabouts for a full panel? Someone else may know.
 
Privatemdlabs dot com. For $65 you can get the female hormone panel that includes CBC, CMP, TT, FSH, LH and E2.
 
Does anyone know..... now crazy bulk products the winsol version has dhea in it. That's where I got the idea from to take dhea, what type of dhea do they use does anyone know?

Since you seem to be all jazzed about DHEA (at 27, I don't know why) here you go: Invalid Link Removed

If I may take some liberties - you seem to be relatively new to this whole thing, and seem to want to take something more than protein and Creatine? DHEA will do nothing for you as far as muscle building goes. If your idea is that DHEA is going to somehow increase your Testosterone to levels that will add muscle - it won't. Drugs will though. So you should start researching a relatively "safe" 1-Andro and 4-AD cycle, including on cycle support for blood pressure, lipids, etc... and post cycle therapy with the drug Clomid. If not, quit messing with DHEA for muscle building and stick to SEaL training - Sleep, Eat, and Lift.
 
Yeh I've already decided that I'm not going to take the dhea. Is 1-andro that good, I had read about methylstabolone which is better?
 
can a dose of dhea given to a man that provides a natural level range of dhea levels get you caught in tested sports? just curious?

USADA seems to take it very seriously.

Seen a video recently where someone got popped and blamed it on the dhea. Personally I don’t think whatever benefit you get from it *if any* would be worth the risk
