Good bulking but also fat loss diet

Any ideas on cutting while bulking plans?

Thanks
Theres no such thing, bulking requires a surplus of calories and cutting requires a deficit.

When you try to do this and meet halfway it's a recomp, and recomping is the absolute slowest way possible to make progress.

Pick one goal and stick with it, if you're lean and you have abs then you should bulk if you do not have visible ABS you need to cut because you're just going to get fatter and you're not going to build as much muscle.

Yep. What these guys said (both made great points!)

The fact that you're considering cutting at all probably means you have some body fat to lose.

So take care of that first, if you want to do both. If you bulk first you'll probably make things tougher to on your first cut.

If you want advice on how to do that, give us more info (age, height, weight, estimated BF%, training history, current diet info, supplement/gear use both past and present, etc).

Tha is for the replies!
I’m new to it all and there is a very lot of info to take it it’s daunting but these forums are proving incredible help so I appreciate everyone’s time!

I’m male:
32 years old
182cm
90.5kg (200lbs) - I started at 95kg
At approx 22% BF

I think really I should be 75kg if I had 0 fat.

I’m weight lifting currently 5 times a week and that has helped a lot

I’m currently planning a diet as i haven’t had one prior!

Thanks
