Fats post workout, how serious is it?

Just saying, they have shiny coats due to there diet

afaik they have a digestive system capable of extracting more nutrients from it. something like multiple stomachs. they must also be able to create lots of testosterone with very low dietary cholesterol. afaik most humans lose natural testosterone a decent bit when reducing dietary cholesterol too much. it is possible that there's rare humans evolved for herbavore diets though. I saw one bodybuilder on mpmd who claims Natty vegetarian. I could never do that though.

Kinda depends on how that bodybuilder actually practices their vegetarianism though. Lots of vegetarians eat eggs and drink milk. Also, did they build most of the foundational muscle as an omnivore, or did were they vegetarian for their whole life. And then of course you have the question about whether or not they're currently (and have always been) a natty...
 
Is it possible? I think it's possible, some people just possess a drive to achieve their goals in a certain fashion and the combo of genetics and drive gets them there.

it was greg o'galliger on mpmd video saying he was vegetarian. I can't seem to find if he was pescatarian or what. maybe he was exaggerating or lying
 
I know bodybuilders like to be pretty adamant about macros all being the same, but I think plant fats vs animal fats have totally different results.

there was one study comparing cream to butter which was interesting. I can't find it right now. the butter had more effect on blood lipids. some could say that's bad, but it might mean it just "works" better.

I believe... believe... that animal fats are going to be better for you for a number of reasons but off the top of my head I can't think of why I decided on that. eggs, beef fat, whatever. too much of anything is too much but I do believe animal fats are are a better choice. I want to say it was hormonal response and how the body utilizes it but I can't recall where I picked that up.

That said, if I am low on fats my body subconsciously CRAVES them. a stick of butter looks like a candybar. its weird. I can curb those cravings with ANY fat. avocado, or eggs. but I do think in many cases the eggs are a better choice.

i seem to remember Lyle McDonald experimenting with long term fasting at one point and testing what would happen if he consumed all his calories in one sitting like a lion who may lay around all day then eat a zebra.

they're also stupid as **** and kill themselves off at a rate that was nearly equal to, if not greater than, humans. one of the dumbest animal per lb in the world....

but hey, what do you expect from vegetarians lol
