Second post on here, apologies if it’s not correct.

prepping for my second show currently.
Currently on 650mg Test
450mg Mast
1iu GH.

my coach is wanting to add some tren into the mix. Never used it so wanted to get some cycle opinion from some more experienced users on here.

Option 1- 650mg test
450-600mg mast
30-50mg winny or 75-100mg var
2iu gh

or option 2

650test
450-600 mast
75-150 tren
50mg winny or var
2iu gh

Plus supports supps/ AI etc.

option 2 is more of what I’m being recommended.
open to opinions and suggestions.

If you haven’t used it before, personally I wouldn’t. I wouldn’t want to add new variables leading to a contest. Unless you still have a few months, then you have time to dial it in.

I like option 2 but option 1 with var is probably the "smarter" option and then if yiu decude to do a third show ( good luck on this 1) then do option 2

Nac's on the right track, this isn't really enough info.

How long til the show, where do you currently stand and what are your composition goals that you and your coach hope to achieve that you haven't been getting from your current cycle? Is everything else (diet, training, rest, weight/bf%) absolutely dialed in and on target for your goals, or are you hoping this change will produce something miraculous?

It would be good to have more information, but if it was me I would do……..
Test 650 mg
Mast 600 mg
HGH 3 iu

Last 4 weeks add…..

Var 75 mg
( I also could see Winny at 50 I just like Var )

If this is something serious enough that you would like to make a career of I could see adding Tren. If not, not worth it in my opinion.
If really serious you could start fairly low with…
Tren at 150 mg and adjust accordingly to results or sides.

6.5 weeks out. 5’10. 190lbs. Roughly 10%bf, diet is carb cycling 2 days high, 2 low. Training and recovery have been great. Strength is still high, visible changes weekly. The goal is to bring me in as heavy as we can but be the best conditioned, as im a little smaller than some of the guys I’m competing against. He thinks I can place/ win without the tren. However he does believe adding this would bring up my size/ conditioning to a win with no doubts.

My hesitation for it is that I’m not sure if I need it. I’m already in better condition than Atleast 2 of the people that I know are competing, but I do know they are all on it and probably going to be upping there dosing.
I also think it can be done more “healthy” for better long term.

If you do add it, then you should add some P5P or SNS Inhibit P daily, and hopefully you have Caber or Prami in case you get prolactin sides.
But if your coach thinks you don’t need it, then I wouldn’t add it. Just up the Mast and finish with Var or Winny the last 4 to 6 weeks. You should have increased vascularity and a great hardening effect with that. And probably drop another 2% - 3% body fat.

If I was doing a competition Id 100% be using tren, and superdrol. But then Ive used them before and know exactly how I respond to them.

Consider this, FWIW. Brandon Harding tried adding tren in to his prep stack for his last show. His body didnt like it at all, lots of inflammation and he lost some of his conditioning. He perservered with it for a week but ultimately dropped it completely and stuck with...test, mast, winny (or var? Cant remember) and GH.

He won his class and qualified as an IFBB pro.

Idk man, like others, I've used it and don't have a leg to stand on while telling you not to. If you do add it, you will have some serious changes to your mental and physical body. Tren will make it so you get winded just tying your shoes. I sh17 you not. You will huff and puff to get air, yet somehow, you will shed BF with reduced cardio capacity. so, there's that.

If i was going to use it this close to a show, it would have to be tren hex and I would not do more than 75 mgs per week.

hopefully u dont have to deal with a wife or gf while on it cause that causes a lot of issues for most men.

I dunno sometimes I think he's kinda clever with it and he doesn't do too many throughout the video. NSP is too monotone for me which is probably a good thing when it comes to news. The other thing with trigili is his experience in the industry which NSP doesn't have especially when it comes to our favorite topic which we all know is gear

Just my 2 cents, if you start tren I would go with ace at 100-150mg broken down to daily pins and I would start now, that way if something goes wrong you will know within the next 10 to 14 days and you can pull it out and make adjustments where needed.

Or skip tren this time and stick with what you know.

From not just me but with pretty much everyone I know, tren only negatively affects your cardio if your cardio already sucked to begin with. If you're in good shape and you can run long distances or spar for five six rounds I'm talking about actual cardio endurance not just you know walking on a treadmill type stuff. Tren will not magically take your cardio away.

It's the gym bros who dont do real cardio that get problems. Also dose seems to play a role.

I also know quite a few ppl that use carderine every single time they use tren.

Another little tidbit of something I've noticed for my own personal experience.

When my cardio was crap, cartering did nothing to make my cardio better.

But when I was already in shape and my cardio was good and I was doing 6 to 8 rounds on the heavy bags or sparring and doing hour and a half long workouts in the boxing gym, adding carderine made it better. So did injectable sr9009, that probably worked even better

I disagree with that .. I was in stellar cardio shape every time I used it. and every time, it wrecked my cardio regimen

2 a days down to once per day ... 45-120 mins down to 30 mins of huffing and puffing.

I vape though so cant deny that part

I don't understand how you're going to disagree with personal experience, I didn't say that this is going to be the outcome from everyone. But these are factual things that happen to myself and to other people that I know. The case may not be the same for you but for the majority of people I've come across these things all tend to be true

I get what your saying, it negatively impacts your cardio no matter what. But again that's your personal experience and I know there's other people who have experience that too.


My only point which actually wasn't a point at all I was just sharing my findings through my personal experience and the experience of other people I know

But these are factual things that happen to myself and to other people that I know. The case may not be the same for you but for the majority of people I've come across these things all tend to be true
i was disagreeing with the its the gym bros who are out of shape part.

Interesting I didn't even think about the injectable sr9009..I'll consider that as well since I know Mike offers that as well..right now I just started the steppmill level 5 for 45 minutes breathing is heavy but I can still put a few words together if someone were to ask a question. Sorry op to jack your thread but your options are some of the same compound I'm considering adding soon

Injectable Sr is probably something I never even would have tried if I hadn't gotten it for free but now that I did and had a chance to play around with it if you can deal with pinning twice a day it's a great option for fat loss and endurance

I didn't read the whole post I guess, that is a massive difference in lung capacity! Are you sure there was nothing else going on? That's crazy!

Cardarine makes a noticeable difference in my cardiovascular endurance every time I have used it, at any weight or fitness level. Especially when my fitness is exceptionally low.

It won’t decrease the huffing and puffing on Tren, but I will be able to tolerate more training/activity through the heavy breathing when using Cardarine. I also like it with harsh orals for similar reason.

Orals like SD and anadrol, that's typical reason I would use it as well. I don't really fully understand whether or not it's improvements in health markers are actually indictive of you being healthy or if it's just a Band-Aid, but just a piece of mind for me always has given me a reason to include it

So true I'll never run dbol without it again. Now that you've said that no matter which oral I run ill make sure to have cardarine with it
