Epistane Vs Halodrol Vs Anavar

Looking to run one of the following for 6-8 weeks. Goal is to add roughly 10lbs of lean muscle.

30 yrs old, upper single digit body fat, been lifting since I was 16 years old.

I’ve tried Rad 140 in the past and had ED issues late cycle and post cycle even with proper PCT. All has been recovered for a while now and hormones are in check but trying to avoid this.

Which compound would be best for these goals and to avoid mentioned sides? Anything I should stack?

In terms of building lean body mass, I would personally choose Epistane and stack it with either Dermacrine or Alpha Four. 8 weeks would be considered a little long for Epistane, but I've run up to 6 weeks before.

The ED issues with Rad was most likely due to low estro (and test). You'll run to the same problem with any of the options you listed, if not running test or something, that converts to estro and test. 4-Andro and TD DHEA are options, if not pinning or using TD test. You'll probably run to problems quicker, than with the Rad, especially with the Epi, as it has antiestrogenic properties.

Don't get fixated on a number of lbs of muscle you think you'll grow on the cycle. 10 lbs would be more than lb a week. That would be a pretty crazy feat for your body. Just do your best training and nutrition wise and see where it takes you. Or do a longer injectable cycle, if you want to try to hit those numbers on 1 cycle. Still would be a lot, if made 10 lbs of actual muscle on 1 cycle, regardless.

I’m definitely not fixated, just said ideally that’s what I’d like to aim for. If I get 5-6lbs that’s great too.

I’m an ex athlete and know how to eat, train, and sleep properly to grow. Just looking to do a cycle the right way. Thanks for the input!

If you'd started 4-andro earlier it would have likely combated the side effects better - 4-andro doesn't kick in immediately, td works faster and better, but it's still going to take a week or two before the effects are going to be fully enjoyed...if you just added it for the last 4 weeks, after some of the sides have already kicked in from the RAD, you really only started to see the benefits of the 4-andro before you quit using it.

Because unless you just lost recent muscle tissue and can count on muscle memory to bring back already existing tissue, it’s simply not possible. Whatever you read online peole gaining 10-20 lbs is plain and simply ignorant bullshit and they don’t know the difference between a mix of intra cellular / extra cellular water retention as well as glycogen retention and fat vs lean tissue. Listen the pros with the most godly genetics run gear year round and don’t gain more than 5-10 lbs IN A YEAR OF ABUSING GEAR. It’s simply not possible.

even if you ran test,npp,tren,equipoise, primo and added orals anadrol snd état not at ridiculous doses in a span of 6-10 weeks it would be amazing if you built 3-4 lbs of tissue. A pro physique is built in 10-12 years and there’s a reason for that.
Now that you’re back on earth… all orals cycles only are ****. You’ll gain 15 lbs in 8 weeks and 2 of it will be tissue. You’ll then lose all that extra cellular retention and glycogen and will retain almost nothing.

if you wanted me to name one I would say epistane first.

Since you’re an “ex athlete” it’s even less chance of you gaining that amount of weight, realistically you gain maybe 1lb lean mass. Don’t confuse weight gained with lean mass, you can gain 10lb plus in a cycle, but you can gain that without a cycle also, neither will be lean.

10lbs of muscle will take about a year. Now, you absolutely should gain 10+lbs on cycle but it's mostly glycogen and water inside the muscle. 2-4lbs kept after pct in a prohormone or oral cycle is a much more reasonable goal.

As for hormone selection and ed, everything has the potential to cause Ed. The reason tho that you likely had Ed on rad was that sarms do not convert to estrogen or dht and those 2 things are responsible for your williy to work. Regardless of which compound you choose. Probably wise to use testosterone or 4 Andro alongside it.

We're not trying to discourage you. Just trying to explain the difference between gaining weight via the cosmetic effects of steroids vs. Gaining 10lbs of muscle.

The next time you're at the grocery store find a 1 lb lean steak. It's probably going to be about 2 in thick and about the size of your whole hand.

Now imagine 10 of those stacked on top of each other, that is 10 lb of muscle. You just can't build 10 lb of muscle in a period of weeks.

I'm 20 lb heavier in the second picture probably five of it is muscle that I added. The rest is water and glycogen and when I diet back down, most of it's going to disappear because it's not actual muscle tissue. It's fuel storage

Oh and the food too, I was eating 2200 calories in the first picture and I'm eating 3800 in the second picture.

Is there a difference in gear in your system between those pics? Not gear used in the time between the pics, but on the time of taking the pics.

Yes, 181 I'm on trt "150mg" and sarms, also a LOT OF CARDIO" cutting for a boxing match.

In the second pic I'm on 300 test, 300eq and rad140 20mg a day, minimal cardio

Those pictures are only like 10 weeks apart and I was only on gear for 3 weeks in the seccond picture. I have other pictures I can find if you want to see them but I gained that size back while on trt still just increasing my calories and cutting out cardio, I hadn't gained any weight in the first 3 weeks of that cycle, give or take 2 lb

Man, looking back at that 181 pic I didn't realize how fukin skinny I was.

I'm supposed to be 198 on October 15th and then cut 20lbs to 178 in 4.5 weeks after that.

Gonna suck big time lol😓

I wanna throw something in here that might be useful to op.

In my 180lb pic I'm faster, my endurance is 3-4x better, and I get hit on by chicks all the time, but when I'm 210-225 typically when I'm on the bigger side, I gas out easy, I'm tired more and I get hit on a lot, like a ton, BY MEN!

Chicks don't like big muscles and veins popping out of everywhere , Most girls prefer a fit normal sized man.

Gay dudes dig big muscles lol 🤮

And if anyone here is gay, no offense lol

In my 180lb pic I'm faster, my endurance is 3-4x better, and I get hit on by chicks all the time, but when I'm 210-225 typically when I'm on the bigger side, I gas out easy, I'm tired more and I get hit on a lot, like a ton, BY MEN!

Chicks don't like big muscles and veins popping out of everywhere , Most girls prefer a fit normal sized man.

Gay dudes dig big muscles lol 🤮

I was kinda joking but I'm also serious, straight and gay, guys will compliment me way more then girls when im looking jacked. I got a few friends/associates that are legit pro bodybuilder huge, they compete and live that lifestyle and they both use to tell me that you don't look like you lift until dudes start hitting on you.
I use to always just think they were being weird or kinda gay, then after my 2nd or 3rd cycle it all started making sense lol

That's hilarious nick trigili talks about that when you're 280 and ripped you're at the club and you're not dancing with chick's. You're hanging out in the corner with the other bros talking about gear while all the guys you make fun of are banging all the hot girls. It's so true unfortunately I've been in that situation

Currently running epi and 4andro cycle about to commence week 5. So far so good, definitely haven't gained 10 pounds but body composition really thickening as eating far more cals
