I bought four bottles of ursa a year ago and had two left in the drawer… they were the blue bottles with the dropper, not the new pump bottles (which look fantastic). But the liquid has hardened and they’re now unusable unfortunately. I was hoping to snap up a few more bottles of ursa but just missed the bogo. Hopefully the next bogo sale isn’t too far away and apex still ship to Australia.

put them in a hot water bath and then store them in a warmer place! should be fine if you can get them to re liquify
