Tren lean bulk

My breakfast yesterday was ~2,300. 2 double meat croissant sandwiches from Burger King, a large order of hash browns, 3 tbsp whole mayo to dunk the browns in, a can of Code Red Mountain Dew, 5oz pomegranate juice.

5,500 calories for the day. I have needed to eat ~5,000 to maintain 265 this last week. Only 2 more days of this nonsense.

I guess in my case now, I’m gonna try and stay away from all the fats good and get my cals from good carbs and lean meat lol. I truly appreciate everyone’s input and advice though honestly! Looking at myself a bit different in the mirror. Gonna shoot for 170-175 cut a minimum 10-12%bf and go from there.
You should cut till the mirror tells you your lean enough and not worry about what the scale says. And trust me, there really is no way to get an accurate body fat reading. Especially if you're using one of those home scales or apps. The mirror will tell you trust me.

For most people when they hit 15% body fat they have a fully visible set of ABS I'm not talking ripped but you got a full visible set of abs. By the time you hit single digits your pealed and hungry all the fukin time

For most people when they hit 15% body fat they have a fully visible set of ABS I'm not talking ripped but you got a full visible set of abs. By the time you hit single digits your pealed and hungry all the fukin time

I’ve always wondered why some people talk about body fat percentage so much. It’s like weight but worse because most people are less familiar with percentages. But either way, it’s like, what are you gonna do, step on a scale for people? Show them a paper with your body fat reading? Doubtful. They’re just gonna look at you. Go by how you look.

I've had mayo with french fries before and actually enjoyed it a lot. Hash browns might be about the same.

Sounds like since I’ve already started my cycle, then I should switch my focus to a cut then huh? What would you suggest to start with around 2500 cals? And reduce 200-300 every week? Thank you for the input honestly, opened my eyes a bit. This isn’t my first cycle. But it’s my first cycle with multiple oils involved.
Find your maintenance first, otherwise you are wasting gear.

Oh I have no problem with people tracking it. Same thing as weight. It gives an objective number you can refer to. I was complaining that some people get too caught up in what the number is.

Yea that sounds disgusting..mayo grosses me out. I won't even mix tuna with it. Not on sandwiches burgers nothing it's so gross..ranch dressing too.

I typically use Greek yogurt mixed with powdered ranch to replace mayo and dressing.

But you sir have a mayonnaise phobia lol.

Check this out, my boy has a terrible fear of mayonnaise it grosses him out it makes him sick. So his brother snuck into his house while he wasn't home and cut the end off of the tube of toothpaste and filled it with mayonnaise lol. What's on the next time he brushed his teeth he brushed his teeth with mayo 😂😂😂

Bro o would've lost my $hit..for real...it was my wife that got me grossed out by it...she couldn't even go down the aisle in the grocery store with mayo..and then it led to ranch and sour cream..can do Greek yogurt tho as a sour cream substitute

Yep that Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning with Greek Yogurt is good for salads, vegetable dip, tuna……good stuff 👍

That makes sense to me and in here almost everybody enjoys their french fries with mayo. I prefer ketchup, like a lil kid = ) I'm allways having fun Googling the things you guys eat. I did not know what hash browns are, but I do know now. Some day I'll find a zebra cake or have a pastry shop make me one. When I was on a date with this chick in my time in the US, she dipped her fries in milkshake. That was a WTF to me, but when I tried it, it wasn't too bad. Not really my thing, but not gross either.

Here in the states, we have a ton of innovative ways to be unhealthy.

Noted, thanks. Right now I can see some abs as well as obliques. Scheduled a bod pod sesh as well as a RMR to get a close to accurate reading of my maintenance calories.
