Top FBI Agent Resigns Amid Claims He Shielded Hunter Biden From Probe: Report

A top FBI agent at the Washington field office reportedly resigned from his post last week after facing intense scrutiny over allegations he helped shield Hunter Biden from criminal investigations into his laptop and business dealings.

Timothy Thibault, an FBI assistant special agent in charge, was allegedly forced out after he was accused of political bias in his handling of probes involving President Biden’s son, sources told the Washington Times on Monday.

In a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray in July, Grassley said Thibault and FBI supervisory intelligence analyst Brian Auten were allegedly involved in “a scheme” to “undermine derogatory information connected to Hunter Biden by falsely suggesting it was disinformation.” Thibault also allegedly tried to kill off a valid avenue of investigation of possible Hunter Biden criminality until at least one month before the November 2020 election, according to Grassley.

“Thibault allegedly ordered the matter closed without providing a valid reason as required by FBI guidelines … [and] subsequently attempted to improperly mark the matter in FBI systems so that it could not be opened in the future,” Grassley wrote. It was the same month The Post first started reporting on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop, which included troves of emails related to his shady overseas business dealings.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg revealed last week that the social media giant suppressed The Post’s bombshell Hunter Biden report following a vague FBI warning about possible “Russian propaganda” tied to the 2020 presidential election.

I think a win with someone other than trump that caters to independents is the clear path. Then have trump endorse that candidate and boom very very winnable. Trump isn't going to get it done sadly imo. And I love him to the moon and back.

True. Trump was amazing for this country, but politicians can’t handle him and he will always be attacked just for waking up in the morning. DeSantis would be the way to go so there will at least be a small chance of the left not acting like possessed little children.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Taylor Swift is an embarrassment for sure. I'm not the biggest Kid Rock fan but I'd take his music over Taylor Swift's music any day!

We have to start training kids early and giving them the means to protect themselves from illegal immigrants.

Speaking of which, I really need to get myself a gun. We have low income housing complexes being built at a rapid pace everywhere. We all know who will be living there and who will be paying for it. They look really out of place in my small New England town.

The devastating part would be if he somehow lost both his seat in Florida and the White House. In my humble opinion getting more governors that do not follow federal dictates would make a lot of this hysteria go away.

That said if he ran I sure hope he would win over the competition. Get into office. Then send thousands of government employees to early retirement. They get their pensions and can live a good life to avoid conflict, but they can’t keep making this country worse.

That’s my pipe dream, that to me…makes perfect sense.

Well the reason I said that is I do not want to underestimate the ability of thousands of government workers to become hostile and sabotage someone who goes in with an agenda that stops business as usual. Trust me that it is not for some sympathy of these people. It could also be a tool. For example if you do not go peacefully then you get nothing.
 
So why is it that I still get loads of needless junk mail everyday, when supposedly we are living in a time when we are so concerned about the environment? I even get junk mail regarding saving the environment.

Am I supposed to recycle all this crap so they can just send me more junk mail? Why don’t I save everyone a few steps and just bring it all back to my local post office and mail it back to myself.

Alternatively, am I to just continue tossing it in my town issued trash bags that cost a fortune? I didn’t a aquire this trash by my own will, so why should I have to pay for overpriced bags to dispose of it?

Actually came to share this. It’s just laughable at this point when people act as if the government does not influence social media. We just had Alex Berenson who the White House told Twitter to ban become banned, then luckily for him he had money to defund himself(unlike most) and won a lawsuit against Twitter for the ban.

I don’t blame the people that voted for this administration. It was rigged for a win either way, and those that voted for Biden were completely brainwashed. While people like you and myself can clearly see right through all of it, other people just don’t have that ability to think things through for themselves. I remain hopeful that someday, everything will become more obvious so that everyone can see the truth.

I still blame them because they still to this day advocate for this current administration and all of it's lies, deceptions and failures

I blame them bc my bills have gone up $1,000+ a month and I have to work harder and longer and sacrifice more, based on their political beliefs and their lack of ability to understand let alone fathom what we are dealing with. Which did not have to happen.

We can have energy independence. We can have less inflation.

This is all intentional. So I blame those voters. I blame a voter who can accept Joes son smoking crack and prostitution and pedophilia and ignoring the laptop. And ignoring a diary in which the Presidents daughter claims she very well may have been molested by the current "president".

And these people look the other way.

I blame a person that has that capability. I blame them 100%. But I do agree Pedo Joe was cheated in regardless of their stupidity.

It’s true. I was actually just thinking to myself today how I don’t have the choice now but to work extra hours for more money. Even working extra, I’m still going to be hurting this winter. I don’t want to work extra, as my job is stressful enough. I am even having to do night shifts for extra money which is bad for my health. And all of that leads to less free time to do healthy things for my body and mind. Like going to the gym.

Meanwhile, not buying the foods I want because they cost too much, or not going out to eat with family/friends because I don’t have the money. I’m even thinking of coming to an agreement with family/friends to not exchange any Christmas presents this year. Our government is sucking the middle class dry and they have driven a huge wedge in the quality of my life, and I know many others.

It is all for nothing. Just shitty and wasteful policies that places Americans in a losing position on purpose. It is completely insane.

I'm sick of working harder and struggling to pay bills bc of this administration, while we send Ukraine billions.

And to watch the voters sit back and act like we are the problem and this is acceptable.

Every single Biden supporter should have to pay us when Trump returns to office.

Stupidity is an explanation but not an excuse in my shoes.

I worked a lot of sixty hour weeks this summer and I thought I was done having to do overtime just for everyday stuff. Fucking sucks. Went from paying off debt to accumulating debt with the same income.

I had to open a credit card. I use it then pay it off by months end

I closed down my CC's since college debt and haven't had one in 15+ years.

Now juggling payments. We are not eating, nor consuming more. We are traveling less.

And yet we are getting hammered.

This is the Biden admins fault......1000000000000000%

I don't give a **** how dumb the voters are. They can't scheme their way out of accountability for this.

I thought Bush and Obama were bad presidents. Biden and his admin is the absolutely most disgraceful bunch on Earth.
