Optimise T

I have just started taking Optimise T and I'm curious with regards to any kind of libido boost or general feelings of well being is there any difference between dosing 4 pills once per day or 2 pills twice per day. I realise natural supps effects are subtle at best and it's not like I'm going to suddenly feel it kick in or anything I'm just curious how other people dose it.

Every time i've ran it, I dosed with my first meal and then the second dose in the afternoon. I train about an hour after my first meal and my first meal is typically one of my larger meals mainly cause I'm more hungry in the morning.

Ran Optimize T for like six bottles when it first came out, and just recently picked up another two just recently. For me both my libido and well being went up. Both of these things can be impacted by a bunch of things, and a supplement may help only a little (as you mentioned).

I just take all 4 upon waking each morning. I could theoretically see why a 2/2 split “could” be more effective, but I’ve been enjoying my run with it at 4 caps each morning. Nice effects on mood and libido. I also find it’s been having almost cognitive-enhancing like effects. Maybe secondary to the mood benefits

I’ll also say that I’ve been running it for 4-5 months now, and plan on stocking up again if they run a Labor Day sale *hint hint, Steve*

I know it's only a supplement but your adding variables into the equation of your already existing problem and thats not a good idea, I'd bet your Dr. Would tell you not to take anything while there trying to solve your issues

I’m not sure if you have this info from PMs or a different thread, but definitely agree that if there is some sort of issue that the OP is currently being seen for, don’t add in a variable that may make treatment more challenging. Or at least talk to the doc about the supplement so they’re aware

Good point. Noted.

To be fair doctor's don't agree with taking anything really from multivitamins to protein powders. Their official line is always to eat a well balanced diet for all your nutritional needs. I understand where your coming from though and it makes sense.

My Dr is not against protein powder or vitamins, he's not against testosterone either. Sounds like you need a new Dr. Lol

Where are you from by the way, I always assume everyone is in the US because I don't think ahead
UK. It's pretty hard to get testosterone looked into on the NHS. Yes it's great to know that if I break my arm or need hernia surgery (like I did a few years ago) it costs me nothing but here the attitude towards low test is very poor. They simply won't look into it unless maybe your suffering from severe depression maybe or something along those lines.

This conversation should probably be in my other thread. Anyone coming here to find out any info on optimise t are gonna be like "WTF?"

Agreed. I clicked on the thread and was reading thru before replying myself and was like dang, this got really off track quickly and could be very confusing to anyone just wondering the same thing that you were haha.

I think that you'll be very happy with Optimize-T.

As you can tell from other posts in this thread, the feedback on it has been great.

We get feedback from people that do it both ways - 4 capsules once per day or 2 capsules twice per day and most people see the same great results either way. I have heard of a couple of people that get greatly improved erection quality that intentionally take all 4 capsules at night bc that's when they normally would need that particular result. But also for most people, they see improved erection quality with continued use anyway.

I hope that helps.

I would agree with this as well. I would say you could say it both ways and see what works best for you.
