Tren and testo cycle

Hey, im going to start on testo and tren cycle, how much mg of both do you guys recommend? Its my first time at tren. Currently doing 0.5 2 times a week of testo.

There's probably 500 different ways to answer your question, but without you adding any useful information other then it's my first time using tren how could anyone make you a suggestion?

And what the hell does 0.5 2 times a day mean????

Are you trying to say your taking 0.5ml of testosterone 2 times a week? It would help if we knew how much testosterone your product is dosed at.

It could be 100mg/ml or 400mg/ml

If you want good advice and good answers you have to present good questions with good information

Week* its 300mg/ml. What usefull information?

At 5 foot 9 158 lbs you need to start eating get a coach.. you don’t need tren
 
I just realized that if I get that fight in November I have to cut from 205 to 178, for a few days I'm going to be almost the same weight as my son lol🤦

Oh no...mad respect if you do it bro...you couldn't handle that mentally..just being completely honest. However I have seen some middleweight bodybuilders that weigh 175 and they are yoked out there mind so may not be that bad

I've already done it before, then I had one get cancelled in June but I was down to 183-185 at that time.

I'm probably going to start dieting in another week or 2 and go down to 190 and stay there till I'm 6 weeks out

Is that what you are in that pic that you posted on that other dude's post from the other day about the fat under the belly button because in that one you're still pretty big

No I was low 190's I think, it was about a month after I stopped dieting and rebound weight gain a little
 
So true; a few months ago someone said to me "You're so skinny."

...

And while I get that, from her perspective, it's a huge compliment (because she has been overweight a long time and has been working hard to get slim) and in her mind: low bf is "skinny", but hearing those words was like a dagger.

Great motivation in the gym though. Don't wanna ever be called skinny again!
 
I don’t think you have anything to worry about, because 90% of teenagers in that 175 to 185 range don’t look like you did at that weight.
I know lol. Even when I was a teenager fighting at 178 I didn't look anything like I do now. The body composition is much different. But I'd be lieing if I said I didn't feel small when I start getting down into the 180's, I feel deflated
 
Hown much did you weigh in your pic that's has your coupon code? I know weight doesn't matter in bodybuilding but you're yoked AF in that one

Low 200's I think, I remember I was in Florida eating a lot of crappy amusement park food and it was late in the day so I was all pumped up with sodium.

Around 200 is kinda where my body likes to be.

On cruise/trt I look my best when I'm lean around 195. On cycle I look my best around 210.

Over the past 3 years my weight goes back and forth from 185-210/215 most of the time, that's cuts and bulks. Sometimes I do it on a little cycle and sometimes I do it on trt. The outcome is that once it's maintenance time I settle back down around 195 and I'm a little bigger and leaner then last time I was 195.

After I squeeze a couple fights in and I no longer have to say within a weight range I plan on pushing a couple real cycles and getting up in the 230's. At least that's my plan.

But right now I really need to always be in striking distance from 178 to fight or 198 for lifting comp.

Basically 178 is the smallest I can get without starving off a bunch of muscle and 198 is big enough for me to maintain strength/make strength gains without going up to 220 which I did 2 years ago and I was just fat lol

Hoping to bench 360 in October at 198. There's other lifts il compete in but I only care about the bench lol. I mean I wanna win them all but I like bench press "unfortunately my shoulders don't like the bench press".

Il talk about this stuff in my log, I just realized I'm in someone else's thread talking about all this

I weigh 50lbs more then you and I'm taking 300 test at the moment and if I was to Add tren right now it would be between 100-200mg per week.

Take It for what it's worth to you

I've had a lot of people tell me the higher the dose tren the harder it is to put on size, there body composition will improve and there look will get better and better but they can't put on weight without a massive increase in calories. Then you get the sweats, insomnia and all the other crappy side effects but you get what I'm saying.

I can believe that…..it increases metabolism more than any other anabolic.

It definitely does, I know I always say steroids aren't fat burners because they're technically not but if there's anyone that is it's tren and then after that maybe anavar. But tren definitely has a thermogenic type effect. That's the only thing that explains the sweating and increase body temperature
