Boldenone base powder

I got sent wrong powder and seller won't accept back.. anyway, I'm stuck with this powder. I found out it was boldenone base powder because I tried to finish it and wouldn't dissolve all the way to 200°. So I need help on what to do. I got an email as I was looking at this website and told to try isopropyl myristate or EO. Can I get some feedback pls??

Jesus this stuff must have insane PIP I would imagine but what did you try so far like what is it attempted in right now? Did you think it was undecyl and try it in oil, ba, bb?
