Alright lads it's me you're favorite paranoid hypochondriac back with more concerns. For those of you who have been following you will know that I have built up scar tissue in my glutes and I have been coughing during my shots which has made me start thinking of new places to inject all my oil. I'm doing 12 CC's per week because I'm on 600 mg of primo which is dosed at 100 mg per ml plus 2 cc's of masteron and 4 cc's of test. Lots of oil and need new places to put it. Yesterday I put 3 cc's of primo in my right delt with an insulin syringe 30 gauge and then I did three cc's in my left delt which was 2 CC's test and one cc masteron. The test and masteron were definitely way thicker than the primo which makes sense because the primo is dosed at 100mg. My right shoulder was kind of sore but is pretty much almost back to normal whereas my left shoulder hurt alot more and was even hot to the touch, however I did the shot literally earlier that day so I don't think an infection would form that fast. Basically I'm assuming that since I put three cc's of thicker oil in my left delt I'm dealing with some swelling and decent pip whereas my right delt could handle the thinner primo. Does that make sense? Or should I panic 🙂
 
My guess is you pinched a blood vessel with the deposit and it is bruised internally. This happens to me every now and then since I stared using slin pins daily instead of deeper jabs. I have learned to feel when I'm going to hit near a blood vessel. Basically, if you allow the alcohol to dry completely, you shouldn't feel any pain while breaking the skin, pushing the needle in, or making the deposit. If you feel pain at any of these three points, stop, pull out, and shoot it on her glasses. Oops, I meant try a different spot. 😄

Side note, 3ml is a lot for delts. I have personally found that anything over 2ml should go in vents, glutes, or outside of upper leg (vastus lateralis, not rectus formis).

EDIT: How the hell did you fit 3ml in a slin pin anyway? 😯

Man you put freaking 3CC in your shoulders OF COURSE it’s not right. Everything was said in the other thread. If you have multiple CCs to shoot you need to do more than one injections or spread through multiple days. I currently pin test tren eq masteron and tuesday I’ll do 1cc test in rear delt, 2cc tren/mast in lats and 1cc eq in shoulders. I’ll do the same thing Friday. So yeah that’s 3 injections per day. If you want to do steroids you have to do it right.

3CC in a shoulder is a bad idea for someone that’s open pro at 5 10 300 lbs of muscle so at your size I think it’s pretty fucking bad idea bro… it’s like going to the doctor and telling him what should I do it hurts when I drag myself with a fork in the eye. Probably should stop doing that.

Side note : be a man and use real needles. Slin pin will go too shallow and if it does go deep enough it’ll be problems.You’re almost assured to have bad pins most of the time. They are not meant for that.

I filled 6 slin pins up. 6 cc's total. 3 shots in each delt

Alright....damn this is getting difficult. I miss the good old days doing 400mg of test with some "anavar" that was most likely dbol. Get alittle bit bigger and walk around feeling great. Now I'm actually trying to put on real mass and I'm sticking myself all over. Ugh
 
@Mathb33 bro are you and I the only ones who get that gear is not meant for slin pins. Insulin is. Gear is meant to be injected intramuscular not skin popped. I mean I love vigorous Steve and all but pinning gear everyday with slin pins is something I won't buy into.

Yep.. i mean someone told me he’s cruising / on trt at 150 mg and want to split that into 7 days and do micro dose sure why not I guess. But anyone who uses slin pin during a cycle is doing it for the wrong reason and it doesn’t have its place.

It sucks to be a bodybuilder. Nothing pretty about this **** bro! But you’re going to encounter some real problems if you don’t do it the good way.
Lats : 2 to 2.5ml maximum
Shoulders : I wouldn’t go above 1ml maybe 1.5 if you’re huge.
Ass : 3ml but need to give it a 7-10 days break after that pin.
Rear delt : 1 ml
Quads : can take a lot but I PERSONALLY wouldn’t go above 2 or 2.5 for several reasons…

That right there is a pinning road map. OP needs to breakout of his comfort level and try the suggested spots...can save him a lot of pain and suffering.

What length do you go on lats??

I go 5/8th but I’m sub 10%. When off season I’ll go for 1 inches! Even when using 5/8th I’ll press on skin to go deeper a bit

I use them when the volume is 0.5ml or less with compounds I don’t care if they end up subq. They can be really practical for fast esters and work very well for frequent low volume application.

For example, most people aren’t using over 25mg of Trest Ace per day. But they are often pinning daily to help manage the methyl estrogen as best as possible.

Or guys who do TRT split up daily or eod, etc.

I watched a video by Dave palumbo that said never to do quads ever. He said there's too many nerves and inflammation can occur etc. Anyone ever seen that?

Yes, this did happen to me, which is why I suggest the vastus lateralis. Since I started doing all of the pins from the side, I've had zero problems.

I have no freaking idea how to inject my lats. The idea scares the **** out of me. I don't even have big lats. Wtf

Basically the very center of this red circle I drew, which is the outside area that sticks out/hangs down. I try to reach as far back as I’m able to so I can pin towards the centerline of the lat/my spine, but it still is kind of an injection from the front slightly (if you thought about it like a cobra hood). Using a 1” 25g needle has been working really well for me there, although a 26g 5/8th has done okay with sub-1cc volumes or any amount of carnitine. It’s a terrific spot for IM carnitine.

Put 2.7ml oil in with no issue last Sunday.

In the picture I posted you’ll see the black circle… anywhere in there and you could even go out of it if you have enough tissue. I go all round. I suggest you start in the middle where there’s most meat though.

Cheers, mate! I'm pinning daily now, so having two more sites to rotate in is great! I'm always scared to try new places though. The guidance will help my confidence and make the hand less shaky. 😄

For sure it will feel awkward at first and it’s a baby skin but once you get comfortable you’ll love it. It’s one of these spots where there’s nothing but a chunk or muscle. So nothing can go wrong , no nerve no nothing

The pip feels weird to me. Reminds me of when I pulled my lat years ago. Usually gone within a day though.
 
God damn lats. Went to the doctor today hoping that they'd gimme some good insight on IM injections and the dumb bitch was googling ****. Seriously!? Ffs. I think the only helpful thing I got out of the visit was she palpated my scar tissue on my glute and was like "just go an inch out from the scar tissue. You still got alot of good real estate to work with". So I guess I'll alternate between glutes and delts for now until I work up enough courage to hit my lats

Are you using your ventro glutes as well? That is another nice spot.
 
According to the nurse practitioner I saw today when it comes to IM injections they just rotate between delts glutes and quads. Simple and boring they are the missionary sex of Im injections
 
I would not recommend 3ml in vents. Honestly, anything over 1ml and I have to chill for at least a week on that spot. It just doesn't take oil well at all!

Interesting. Ive found if I go deep (and im only talking 5/8 here, but all the way) my VGs can nicely handle 3cc.

It could be that I'm putting it in the wrong spot too. I've never really been able to fully determine exactly where to pin vents, so I just kind of pick a spot and pray. 😄

Man, I know. I locate mine if Im standing and hold my leg out to the side a bit in a certain way, the VG bulges out. I then have to put a small circle with pen there cos when I sit back down to pin, the area looks completely different.

You’re hitting the wrong spot. Took me forever to get it; I have to do how NAC does and do abduction/lift my leg out to the side some to see where the muscle bulges.

When you hit the wrong areas even 1cc will be tough, but hit the VG and that dude will take ccs for sure.

I watched a TRT doc talking about how you can actually even use a 1.5” on people here if you get it right and you won’t hit bone; now I use a 1” there and it’s actually helped me hit it better.

No man it’s not at all; I would say it’s fairly beginner friendly even, except you do have to have a base of muscle built. If you don’t I’d use a shorter needle is all.
 
For anyone scared of lats, just do a little baby shot with a slinpin and low volume first. Get used to it so you realize it’s fine.
 
GOOD NEWS EVERYONE (professor farnsworth voice). Apparently the jackass doctor did actually have some good advice. Upon palpating my scar tissue she told me I had plenty of room a little bit to the right so when I went home I did my injections where she told me and I had zero problems at all no coughing no pain nothing and the oil went in like butter so I think for now I'll be good. 😎
 
You should still learn other sites so you can rotate them in now & use them exclusively for cruise (so you can save your glutes for blasts where you have to handle big volumes).

Like, you don’t need to put 6ml all in your delts. You can do a bunch of 1ml shots in them, some quad areas, maybe pecs, learn your lats & VG for 2ml shots, they all add up.

I concur...OP should learn to pin other spots. It will save him a lot of pain and frustration in the future.
