I've used this and NOW foods 7 keto. The transdermal is way more effective IMO.

Basically I notice
-cortisol reduction that's apparent, similar to b-aet
- A drying effect which would carry over to the fat loss
- Some "androgenic" boost such as strength
- Body heat increase

That's what's up, and the drying effect doesn't seem to hit the joints or knees like 1-andro does.
.just started adding IF Alpha 7 (7-keto) to Ultrahard (epi+androsterone) both transdermal lotions.

This explains the sweat and heat during working out if I put them on sometime before the workout, nice.

NO SIR. Never noticed any joint issues with 7 keto. Slightly with arimistane, but I've mentioned that B-AET, 7 keto and arimistane all provide very similar results. Arimistane, however, never gave me the mental benefit of lowering cortisol. Quite the opposite as I notice slight aggression boost. Mainly in the gym. Really want to see a product with these 3 at lower doses.

I'm very confused mate of which compound should I use, 7 keto or b aet.. any tips? I Ve used b aet in the past but I didn't notice much..

7 keto is definitely stronger for me so I’d try it. Slightly cheaper too
