How to measure estrogen levels on cycle?

I know bloodwork is a must but you can't do that every week on cycle.

If you have your estrogen levels checked by you're on cycle ....

What signs do you need to look out for in terms of your estrogen being out of sync?

I know having an AI on hand is important but how do you know when to use or not use it to keep your estrogen in check?

Too High
- nipple sensitivity/puffiness
- overly emotional or anger/irritability
- fatigue/lethargy
- water retention
- muscle loss/fat gain
- loss of libido/erection quality

Too Low
- achy cracking joints
- fatigue/lethargy
- I actually get some bloating when it's too low too
- apathetic/blunted emotion
- anxiety
- no libido, strong morning wood but poor erection otherwise (strange)

Sometimes it's hard to tell which one you are since they can have similar sides. Bloodwork is best if you're not very in tune with your body.

Good answer here but like he said you kind of need to figure out how you react as it can differ a great deal from person to person. For example I get overly emotional when mine is too low. First cycle I ever ran I was paranoid about getting gyno so I was using Letro. When I finally had bloodwork done my estrogen was crashed at single digit. I was a mess and I'm pretty sure my wife was ready to have me committed. LOL!

kiss a gym bro and if you liked it then youre high e

There's nothing a kiss couldn't fix

Joking aside, Drollball has dropping some great pointers that might've caused by high estro.

Also everyone is different, normal or borderline high estro could causes problems (me), when on the other guys there's no hint whatsoever

Yeah I'm saying but you can't get a blood test every 5 minutes ..So I'm saying how do you really know unless you experiment...

I hit a sweet pot the other day for a few hours....Felt really good.. Driven..Etc..

Then day later nothing tbh.

Very weird.

I like how test let's you combat stress though...

I keep saying get bloodwork done. You can't play the guessing game. Check e2 if you are concerned.

All of this, but you can also have your estrogen jacked into the ridiculously high range and have no side effects, everyone reacts differently. If your goal is to keep it in range or in a certain range then blood work is the only way you're going to know. If your goal is to avoid side effects as soon as you start feeling your nipples itching taking aromatase inhibitor or lower your testosterone dosage. If you have itchy nips for the first time and you take a 25 mg exam for a tab of adex that sensitivity should go away within like 24 hours. Don't let it go on for days or weeks before you try to do something.

I'm a fan of finding the lowest effective dose that does not require an AI but some people are just going to need an AI. Typically the lower your body fat and more muscle you carry, the more testosterone you can handle without an AI.

If you're 5'9 180 lb at 15% body fat and five years from now you put on 20 lb of muscle and your body fats 5% lower you'll probably be able to handle more testosterone without too much estrogen conversion. That's not a golden rule it's just something I see happen with people

Yeah I've booked myself in but I'm saying...If it comes back too low or high.. What can you do...

Like I keep saying.. You can't get bloods done every week.. So you're guessing from week to week if you're estrogen levels are too high or too low.

That's what I'm saying

To be honest my main thing is.. Thinking I have to keep my estrogen in a certain range to feel good..

To feel the benefits of being on test...

I'm trying to see a correlation...

Like I keep saying.. You can't get bloods done every week.. So you're guessing from week to week if you're estrogen levels are too high or too low.

You get your blood work done and say your number comes back at 150 and you want it at 100, maybe you start applying 12.5mg exem daily for the next 4 weeks. Or you keep adjusting your dosage until you feel right once you felt right for a couple of weeks make an appointment and get blood work again. Now the second time you'll know how much testosterone you were taking and how much AI you were taking and what your estrogen number needs to feel good.

So no you can't do blood work all the time but if early on in your cycling career you get it fairly often down the road you won't need to do that and you won't need to guess about anything. So early on after a couple cycles I figured out that I can run 300 mg of testosterone with no AI no problem. I can run 450 with no AI and that's where it starts to get borderline but I don't need an AI. Now at this point if I want to use more testosterone I have to either add 12.5 mg exem daily, or I can add some masteron at about 50-75% of my testosterone dosage.

I can figure all that out nowadays without doing any blood work because I did the blood work in the past and yeah I know it sounds annoying and a little bit ridiculous but in the bigger scheme of things it's going to help you out a lot.

Perfect.. Exactly my thoughts

Also...if you are about to run primo how many weeks?? It takes a minute to get the benefits and I see you planned to pct.

Goes to show variables by user. 12.5 exem daily would zero my estrogen and I would be a pathetic ball of turd.
Turn the page, others need arimidex or exem on cruise dose.

Your the second or third person I've heard say that, but in general exemestane seems to be the most forgiving to ppl. I would need 50mg of exemestane to match the power of 1 adex. Exem just dosent crush my estrogen. I'd bet I'd have to take 50mg a day on a trt dose to crush it "I'm talking for me personally)

Also it still won't matter, for some ppl they get high estrogen on 150mg, some ppl can run 1000 with no issues. Given it's your first testosterone cycle and guessing your product is 250mg/ml, 2ml = 500mg. Lots of ppl need a ai on 500 test, lots don't. Will you need an AI on 500 on your first testosterone cycle, yeah you probably would, you could run 300 mg a week and be a lot less likely to need it but you still might.

Anyone's answer including my own is going to be a 100% total guess...

I hope your saying 2ml = 500mg because if your product is 500 mg per milliliter it's garbage, to make 400-500 mg per milliliter testosterone they have to use all kinds of solvents and stuff to make it fit into the carrier oil. It's going to cause all kinds of systemic inflammation and it's an absolute crap product.
