Clen for cutting

Curious about peoples experience with Clen. I began taking 20 mcg for 4 days before I increased to 20 mcg twice a day. I have an oral liquid form of clen that is 100mcg per ml and I have a disposable syringe I use it with, filling to .2ml.

I haven’t found information on if it’s supposed to be taken sublingually though, so can anyone confirm that for me?

I haven’t lost any weight from it yet, in fact it seems to have had the opposite effect. I felt bloated for like 5 days and my weight jumped 3 lbs.

I want to make sure I have my info correct and see other people’s opinions before I increase the dose to .2ml three times a day.

So 20mcg is nothing, it works at any dose but 40 is a good starting point and most work there way up to 100 over time. You want to take your full dose first thing in the morning, not twice a day or once you get over 50mcg+ it's gonna screw with your sleep.

It's dramatically stronger then legal over the counter fat burners. But it's not magic and you don't just magically loose weight overnight. You need to diet and exercise accordingly and it takes time, you said you been on it for 4 days, nothing is going to happen in 4 days, by the end of 2 or 3 weeks on 50 you should notice a difference in your progress in comparison to how you would normally progress without it.

so what's your starting point, what's your body composition like now. Clenbuterol and pretty much all fat burners are/should be for the final stages of a diet. That's when they shine, after you have already dieted and cardio most of the fat off you throw in clen to get rid of the stubborn stuff. If your over 20% bodyfat and don't have visible abs to begin with it's going to take longer to notice a difference, everything will. But if you were say 10-12% bodyfat and lean with abs then you should notice changes week by week.

But again, the diet and cardio are way more important then the clen is.

You are what you eat and the mirror will reflect that regardless of what your taking so keep that in mind

Also, the bloating likely is a coincidence and probably doesn't have anything to do with the Clen.

Do not take it 3 times a day, start taking your entire dose upon waking up

Thank you for your response! I train in the morning around 6am and I’ve been taking it after training around 9 so my HR has calmed down and pre workout has somewhat been worked through my body.

The research I’ve done has said taking over 20mcg at one time is dangerous, so take it every 2-3 hours until I’ve worked up to 100mcg over time.

I’m 4 weeks out from a transformation competition and I’ve lost about 20 extra lbs during my prep, but I’m wanting to supplement that with Clen even though I’m not at a super low body fat. Just want to speed up the process and make the most out of my last few weeks in order to look the best I ever have in my life. I’m a female with about 28% and weigh 150lbs but the first week or two on it and I haven’t lost any weight. I’ve mainly been pretty bloated and up 5 lbs even with my diet and exercise being good.

I wanted to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong in how I was taking it, or if maybe it just doesn’t work on my body. But I’ll give it more time and increase my dosage to 50-60 during these next 7 days to see what happens.

It’s supposed to be taken sublingually, correct?

Measure, drop it in my mouth and wash it down with my coffee. Then I eat breakfast 20min later and go on my way.

While I have you here, do you know how I’d incorporate liquid T3 the same way? Not sure when I would take it.
I was thinking I could do clen 20 mcg 5am, 9 am, 12pm to work in 50-60mcg and then t3 at 3pm at maybe 30mcg to start and work my way up to 50mcg after like 3 days.

Like I said before, if you are already lean, visible abs then you should see changes week by week. The higher your bodyfat is the longer it's going to take to see a change. Use the extra energy from the clen to power through your workouts harder and harder

If your not on steroids you should avoid t3, it's not going to do much if anything at all at 25mcg and if you go higher is going to eat up muscle tissue. If you don't care about loosing muscle, add 50mcg

I apologize, I missed the part about being female, dosing wise everything I said still applies, but nothing I said about body fat would apply to you because body fat percentages for women are very different than they look on men and vice versa

@Smont knows his stuff! He helped me with starting clen a few weeks ago. Look up the half life of clen it's like 30 hours. So I doubt spreading the dosage is really doing much. I was losing on average a little less then 1.5 lbs per week before the clen and while on I've lost 4 lbs in two weeks. I weight every day and log the lowest of the week to help account for fluctuation. I started at 25mcg for a few days then went to 50mg and I've been at 75mcg for the last week. I'm probably going to stay at 75mcg.

Thank you soooo much. It’s ok I would assume everyone is a man as well lol. Yes, have to be patient as I still have a good bit of time to do what I can with my exercise and nutrition. Just have a scared feeling of the time dwindling down lol. I researched everything before coming here but everything I found on my own you helped confirm it. So again, a HUGE thank you and especially too for the luck! I’ve already increased my clen dosage and I feel like I see more of a difference. I’ll incorporate T3 soon as well and see how it does for my body.

Yes, due to the really long half life of the drug when you are taking your 3rd dose pretty much all of the first 2 doses are still in your body anyways. Now as for the 75 mcg dose just because I can tolerate that doesn't mean it's the right dose for you as I weight 195 lbs. Go up a a little at a time to test your tolerance. Tremors, insomnia, night sweats you want to avoid. And again with that long half life it's going to be in your system awhile which is why you want to go up little by little.

Oh and I don't do sublingual either. I just put a little water in a cup and put the drops into it.

No1 can really answer that question because every person is different and there's risks to everything. But the large majority of people I know take their entire dose all at once first thing in the morning whether it's 20 micrograms or 120mcg.

And I'm not suggesting you take that dose I'm just saying there's people that do it and the ones that I know do it all first thing in the morning

If you took your first dose at 8:00 a.m. and your second dose at I don't know let's say 1:00 p.m., almost 100% of your first dose is still active when you take the second dose so there's really no difference

Yeah, I’m afraid to take more than 20mcg at one time so I’ll be splitting it up during the day and like you said, build it up. Even consuming 20mcg gets my HR spiking to 125 and I barely have to put in effort like normal to get my Hr up to 135 when I’m doing my cardio. So I wouldn’t take more than that at once or it’s probably be bad for me 😵💫

Oh wow, ok that’s interesting. Yeah definitely not going to risk it when I just took 20mcg (consumed 40mcg so far today) and got on the elliptical. My HR needs to be 125-135 and I was there without needing to exert my normal effort. Even just standing there my HR can get up to 125 after taking it. I have a good heart that can withstand 140-160bpm but I definitely don’t want to do that especially for an extended time.

Now I wouldn't take 75-100 and head straight to the gym but regardless your heart rate is going to be elevated all day. Clenbuterol is a drug, drugs can be dangerous. Clenbuterol is definitely dangerous and needs to be respected. You don't have to take it all at once if you don't want to. If it's not disruptive to your sleep spread it out. The only thing in getting at is spreading it out dosent really make it"safer". I like to take it in the morning and train late afternoon or early evening. I'm doing 1-2 hours of boxing and related training and my heart rate is up around 160 regardless.

Clenbuterol has direct effects on your heart, it WILL possibly effect your heart no matter when you dose it. And you absolutely can get a enlarged heart from it. Clen is one of the strongest things that's used as a fat burner. It does this by increasing your heart and your metabolism

There is no free lunch, all performance enhancing drugs have a risk to reward ratio. I like to keep use to 4 weeks or so. That's just me. I'm not a expert, I'm not making recommendations, I'm just saying what I do, what others I know do, ( many of them take it longer much too long) and that we always need to remember that even though most performance enhancing drugs can be used safely, "safely" is going to vary person to person and there's always potential that one of the things can come back and bite Us in the ass

everyone is different but for a long time when I was younger, I would take 200mcg every day first thing each morning. hell, i even took superclen at night sometimes. not sure if its still around, but it was 200mcg tabs by IP and also had ketofin in it, so it would put you to sleep but you would still be burning all night. , With clen just make sure your water intake and electrolytes are good, otherwise you wake up with horrible cramps.

True! If I space it all out well enough it’ll be doable. T3 fasted in the morning and I just have to watch out for caffeine intake and preworkout during that time till 9am 20mcg clen, 12pm 20mcg, 3 pm 20 mcg. And space it out every 2 hours as I increase. That’s what I’m thinking I’ll be doing starting tomorrow morning.

Yes I totally get that. I just appreciate having a place to come with people that are familiar with these topics. I did a good amount of my own research before coming here, so it helps to know a lot of it was confirmed. Lots of ramifications from taking certain substances and that’s why I want to be so cautious along with being scared of taking too much at one time. I really appreciate you also warning of the risk and reward too, it’s really good that you look out for people and you aren’t one of those people that gives bullshit and rude responses lol

I understand. You’ve given me so much more understanding on this. Right, that was another thing I was worried about is the damage it can do to the heart. Risk and reward like you said, the only thing I can do is be cautious, listen to my body, and run its course till I don’t need it anymore 🙏🏼

Everyone is different. Even topical, I couldn’t handle it at all. So just remember that an average dose on here might be way too much for some individuals.
