goals: recomp, shred for the summer but I’m not looking to lose any strength. I’m not a bodybuilder, just your 35 year old average Joe. I work overnights (not by choice) and eat healthy when I can. That Photo taken recently.
Thanks bro, I could always get stronger, some of my lifts are weak. What do you recommend for adding lean mass?
I’ll tell ya I used every Natty Supplement ever posted here and the only ones that did anything for me were CEL anabolic effect, BMP evomuse, and OL Ep1logue. And none of those gave me even close to the recomp and body change that I got when I started using SARMS and PHs.
