This stuff works amazingly well.

I have been taking 2 capsules of Swanson's extract pre-workout with 5-6 grams of citrulline. I cut everything else out except the citrulline to assess effectiveness without other supplements skewing the results.

The pumps are amazing. On top of that, it definitely lives up to the claims it helps with libido. Wont go into detail but if you want to feel like you are a teenager again, try this stuff out.

Barlowe's Herbs also sells a stand-alone product, I may try that out after my Swanson stuff is used up.

Anyone else ever tried this stuff? Any sources for bulk powder?
 
I like this stuff as well. Tried several brands now and have noticed libido boost, gym pump and slight performance improvement in the gym. I rotate it in and out of my normal daily supps every few months or so.
 
The new massacre uses a phytofuse bonded black ginger extract that I enjoyed. I've also used barlowes and Thanos brand off Amazon. Both were solid. I just ordered some of the swanson extract a few days ago to try.

Thanks for the info. Didnt know MASSACR3 had that in it. The Swanson's stuff is good, but you probably will need to double the dose.

How many of the Swanson's capsules are you taking each day? I have the Addictive Wellness black ginger powder extract, but getting it down was just more than I can handle. Any suggestions, Cheeky?

U can always buy some empty capsules and cap the ginger yourself

I only take 1/8 of a teaspoon of black ginger powder and mix it in black tea flavored with raw honey. 1/8 of a teaspoon is about
0.425 grams.

I take 2 preworkout, on off days, I have been taking 2 but spaced out by a bit.

I have both the Swanson Black Ginger extract and the Barlowe's bulk black ginger coming in next week.
I will be comparing 2 caps (200mg) of the Swanson to 2g (4 caps) of the Barlowe's full spectrum.
I'm going to take the BG pre workout and also take note of the help with intermittent ED.
Unfortunately with that I've found herbs help but only until my body adapts.

The Ginger was disappointing in that it gave me fatigue 2-3 hours after taking it.
As for workout results, that was very very beneficial. The sweet spot for Swanson Extract was 4 caps preworkout. Barlow was also 4 caps preworkout.
Both have great workouts, consistent strength gains. But I can't stand lethargy.
I've had quite a few supplements give me a fantastic workout but I would feel crappy later. Like Turkesterone: it's legit, but not worth the feeling.
I've taken Barlowe's Longjack on and off for years without ever building a tolerance to it and with zero sides.
Stims/Nootropics are similar. I've tried things recently for gaming. PEA was sweet, except for the crash. As a wake up, Yohimbine HCL was strong, but a bit of a let down comes later.
My staple wake up is N-Acetyl-Tyrosine and the stuff is awesome.
Cialis sucks but works wonders for ED. The Ginger did nothing.
But it does dull my reflexes considerably (for gaming, not lifting weights).
I've got Theobromine coming soon and I'll give that a go for my FPS.

Interesting. For me, it has a subtle effect for the first week or so, longer I take it, the better the results are. More energy, better pumps and my libido spikes.

I had COVID early on back in 2020, I believe it caused some endothelium damage. PDE5 inhibitors can help repair some of the damage. I do not have anything strong like cialis, so I use herbal stuff like HGW, black ginger and cnidium. I get good results from all of them. Strongest was cnidium but it gives me a headache. HGW works well but causes my heartrate to jump a bit. Black ginger seems to be the best in regards to overall effectiveness and lack of side effects, at least for me.

I take 10g of raw cacao powder for my theobromine. I like it pre-workout with beetroot powder and citrulline. I have never taken straight theobromine but remember a while back, there was a cocoa extract called Chocamine that had like a 12% theobromine content. I liked that a lot and that company Beyond-A-Century use to sell it as a standalone powder.

I really miss Beyond-A-Century. I think the owner passed away and they shut down.

Threobromine is cheap: Nutricost--ebay or Amazon.
I'm alternating between DMAE and Threobromine for gaming. They are working very nicely with no crash.
Which Citrulline you guys use (straight or Malate) and what dosage?
Cialis can be got all online with a medical screening. Last resort, has sides, but freakin' works.
The theobromine may helpful for ED but it's too early for me to tell.
