Cycle upgrade

As opposed to…adding nothing? Idk, depends on goals, desires, how you deal with Trest.

Right. I suppose i should know that by now lol. I think ill pass this time around. Trest is too complicated and its pretty expensive now. Next time ill plan a better cycle
 
Week 7:

Pr today. Hit 145 for 5 reps, one handed, on incline press machine. I almost walked out of the gym thinking it was a deload week. Glad i didnt. I was about to quit the adrol too but this is the biggest strength increase ive seen so far. +3 reps.

Ill continue the adrol for 3 more weeks unless i start getting symptoms of liver stress, or if my blood test shows significant stress.
 
Nicely done, yeah I’d say keep it rolling since it’s going well and you aren’t feeling bad with it.
 
No pr on my last preacher curl exercise. 90lbs 2 reps one handed. I was going to remove the adrol but im noticing subtle body transformations. My body fat is lower, or at least i look leaner, and my shoulders are starting to get that pop.

I wish i had ran the drol 50mg from the start because i think i missed on the brunt of its power by starting at 25mg. Its keeping me feeling strong and lean so ill keep it for another week or two.

No sides. Actually i feel better on drol than without. Actually, i have been a bit irritable and ive had a few bouts of anger. I think that was caused by forgetting my AI. I took my AI monday and feel better. But i think the drol is causing a bit of extra tension.

Feeling strong. My hand and wrists specifically feel real strong.

Yesterday i said id keep the drol. Im dropping it today because i realized it was causing me to be short fused especially with my stepson. Its not fair to him so im dropping it. Test for the rest. Ill continue the test for a month or so longer.

Il also add tb500 here soon. Joints and such.

If you were really committed you’d just drop your stepson

I think you’re going about it the right way. You want the anabolics to enrich your training, because that enriches your life overall. If you are hating life because of the drugs, the juice stops being worth the squeeze.

Right, everything you said, and its not worth making his life crappy. I had to resist chewing him out every little annoying thing he did. Hees 6 and hees a talker… no hees a rambler. His mouth just runs lol. And his ears are “broken” so he doesnt listen very well. So it gets old. Im not sure why i went into all this lol 🤷‍♂️

Week 9: no drol for a week or so. Strength is just the same, maybe higher. I dropped some waterweight and leaned up. Ive never been this lean at this weight.

Still hitting hand/wrist/forearms. Ive added an extra band to my pronation exercises, so thats +50% resistance. Very good improvement

That top roll is stronger too. 👍
 
When is your next one?

August i believe. Its at our local state fair. There arent much people that show up unfortunately. Got third last year in the amateur division. I wasnt doing any wrist/hand/forearm stuff and my technique was very basic.

Bringing the cycle to a close. Dropping test to 200ish mg

i gained about 10% strength in my important lifts. Im bummed that the drol wasnt more effective. If i ever run it again itll be full dosed at the gate because i think i lost yhe brunt of the power by slowing ramping drol up to 50mg. Amateur mistake, lesson learned.

im looking at a trest blast coming upin a few months.. possibly deca though. Maybe both. Well see. Thank you guys for following along and giving me advice and motivation. Till next time✌️
 
Just wanted to update with the post cycle update. Im cruising on 250mg T will likely bump down to 150 with some androsterone for a couple months before the next blast.

strength is the same. Maybe slightly more, not less though. Still eating as much as i can. Weight is 190ish. Im very pleased so far with the kept strength.
