Thinking a out what I want to start adding on the dip. These fly-by-night long shots are too risky for me at the moment, I have too much in similar high risk already.

Looking more to stocks with real product lines, things I understand, real profitability and growth... less wild speculation for a while.

Thinking LOGI will be one to start adding, solid fundamentals and DD. Logitech makes great peripheral computer products and it seems computers were here to stay...

I cant believe my Lucid is nearing $22!
 
Unlike yesterday, and most of the time AMC running completely different than IWM.

Damn, didnt realize Sofi got down that low, bottom $7.74 back in march 16. If I remember correctly they got banking privileges not long ago?

Then again, the much of the market has been a dump so I shouldnt be surprised.
 
Round 2, NIO at 21.15 filled. Will sell at 21.30 to 21.50

Im trying for tiny wins lol Can only do these on same day 3 times a week on my margin account I think, that one is under 25k.

When I get more money maybe Ill throw money on sofi and webull (the apps) so I can do more single day trading without getting tagged. I have think or swim as well. Sofi isnt really great with charts though.

i have 4 diff brokers .. i keep $600 aside on each to day trade .. one of them i ruined it because i kept avg down on mmat lol

no need to have 25k min in one for unlimited

On another note, Fidelity sucks with charts too.....I usually run off Webull desktop and also my phone.

yup agree .. webull is the best, ive been using stock twists as well .. not to chart but its easy to zoom out and look at bottom of 3months/6months support i find it helpful.
 
Found this news scanner for earnings .. going to monitor top 4-5 each day for a week and see how accurate they are .. will keep everyone posted.

I am beginning to think the only way to make money in this thing is to jump in and out on the spikes. This HODL crap is getting us nowhere.

I guarantee someone is making a ton of money on this play doing something different than holding for a year....

I have 350 more shares going to long term capital gains tax by May 24th, thats almost 1,400 share total that Ill have long term capital gains. Thats a huge difference in taxes.

The shorts havent covered and the price really doesnt make any difference to me under $283.

Thats my plan, the other option is watch it go all the way to $0.

are you green in it ? dont know your avg

but i took out 100 shares w/ $600+ profit .. picked 15 up again lol and keeping rest if we fall below 18, 17.. almost now just playing with house money on one account

yeah i think all that ape/hodl thing .. they have broken us down .. im in to make it money for sure and still have over 150 shares total but playing smart at the same time

I did my MULN trade 7 days ago, so tomorow I have room for 1 more play. Unless NIO doesnt go up then Ill probably hold it for a longer swing trade.

Just trying to keep up tiny victories...ist more fun than playing video games :)
 
My biggest bone headed move in my trading career is not selling LUCID in the mid 50s when Uncle Larry said we should sell. Its down to $22 bucks now!!!!!! Im still bullish long term by 2025 when they have their more budget model out I think.

damn thats woulda been nice gains .. whats your avg in it ? think i sold at 35 on day trade on merger date

lets just hope polestar reaches around $40-50 and we remember to sell it .. lessons in life we must learn

My average was slightly over $25. It was almost the end of the year and March they turned to long term gains tax and on top of that didnt want to pay that tax bill knowing the year wasnt far from over. Has no idea it would tank that much.

NIO just took a sudden turn south, the whole market is tanking. I wonder if it has to do with the Senate just unamously suspending trade relations with Russia and Belarus?

Well not "we" I let go of them when AMC was in the 13s...do want back in though.

Telsa screwed with my head too when it came to Lucid...they are on different levels, but Tesla wasnt really thought of that much back in the day either. I doubt Lucid is going to be another Tesla not saying that.

My AMC average is like $32.80 so this hasn't been a whole lot of fun. Could have/should have bailed at 70 and bought back in lower. And bailed at recent 30 and bought back in lower again.

In retrospect, this blind loyal holding has been pretty stupid, and I think the only people making regular income gains on it are the youtube pages punking us. LOL

As we sit here again at sub 20, you don't think looking back it would have been better to jump out on the spikes and jump back in again lower??!?

Seems like there are a bunch of people jumping in and out, making tons while we sit here, because there are always shares available to buy. No?

It depends on what you are trading for, swing trading or for a short squeeze play.

You can always have a separate account and try to start swing trading the crap out of AMC on not regretting it if it takes off if it leaves you as you always have your short squeeze exclusive shares.

I actually did try that, thats why I have them across 5 accounts (used to be 6 account but I left Robbinghood) but I just ended up holding and left my original intent lol

But yes, you certainly are right but some people just arent here for that. The way to really have made alot of money comes from the original Short Squeeze Master Roaring Kitty, he posted weekly options plays all the way through. Made millions.

I havent reserached options enough, regrettably Ive been lazy with that and you dont want to play options without fully understanding it because it can wipe you out fast.

ugh thats a bad level too .. bc its that 34 level soon as it gets close to it they will try .. or should say do over and over bring it down

i think we will have a run up again .. GME needs to announce something for their dividends

AMC CEO doesnt do jack shyt sitting on billion dollar profits from all #1 movies and support he got .. NFT's are cool but they wont make your stock fly ..so i have more faith in ryan cohen ( gme ceo )

I think the difference between AMC and GME with dividends is that AMC still has alot of debt and cant do it somehow. They did had a dividend payout years ago I heard.

ax1 did a nice job explaining it

looking back now .. yeah we can say it that strategy would have better

but say the whole synthetic shares/naked shorting was actually controlled .. who knew from that 70 mark where we woulda end up and we woulda missed out if we woulda have sold

hence on the other hand we lost by holding

like ax1 said .. really look into multiple accounts

for example

if at one place i have a prog, sens and im holding a bag

in other account i have same prog, sens when it touches that 6month low ( and use this account to swing trade for lil profits ) heck i even bought AMC new with $20 avg yesterday

i really hope AMC turns around for all of us and it regains our faith in HODL/APES

yup i remember and yea they need to pay that debt off with all the $ they have .. i dont understand why he wouldnt do that .. that would be another spark to fly when they announce no debt or debt cut by 50% even ..do something dont just sit on the ass w/ all the $

and im against picking up diff co .. what ever they did, in long run that just means more dilution etc in most cases

He is working off debt and also refinancing debt at a lower rate. He wants cash on hand to make investments such as that gold mining company, has been buying up other movie theaters as well as having cash at hand in case there is another rise in the "pandemic" and things shut down they arent in danger of collapse anymore.

I think he is doing and incredible job and making me comfortable holding my shares no matter what long term.

Dont forget, AMC's popcorn will be out in stores around September, he is after Orrivel Reddenbocker (sorry about spelling I have no idea lol) and also they will pop up kiosks in shopping malls.

They also have another business model they popped up with proving professional services and consulting to other companies.

Then comes the AMC credit card.....Adam Aaron was there when he helped create the airline credit cards.

There is more but you see what I am getting at. AMC is transforming as a company beyond just movies. The short thesis is dead and shorts at some point or another need to resolve and close out their failed plays.

The frustrating thing is that if true, if retail really does control some huge majority of AMC, it doesn't appear to have much effect. Memes be damned. Whatever game the hedges are playing they seem to have a way to get around retail block ownership whenever they need.

I had hoped the synthetic storyline was true and that the SEC crackdown would force that mad rush to the moon. In 6 more months (or years) will the youtubers still be singing the same tune? How long can Trey yell in that hotel room without getting evicted? 🤔

Thats what Lou has been saying, they control time and space via the dark pools and t2=settlement payment for order flow.

What they cant do is cover over 100 million official shorts and it costs money to continue to do so, its free for me to hold so however long it takes I am here.
 
ATER has been the runner since yesterda morning and pre-market.

SST is still active the past couple of days.

Im not playing these, just watching for fun while still stuck with nio at 20.62, it did touch 20.72 this morning, but not enough for me. If I sell $20.89 thats another $8.40 on my account and worth a few minutes of my time and continue to try to win small plays and compound them.

I was going to jump into Trump stocks on the dip, but read two senior execs bailed. Also Trump still hasn't started using and posting on his own app.

Combine the slow rollout and glitch tech, and Elon perhaps opening Twitter up to free speech again... and Trump may have missed his big opportunity. It may go the way of Trump water and Trump steak. I'm gonna pass...

Wait wut? The app launched and he hasnt utilized it personally yet? WTF????

I do hope Elon is able to push Twitter into the direction of free speech....although its a private platform that crap they pulled off against Trump supporters, Covid policy critics and conservative minded people was just plain wrong.
 
Gonna try to get in and out of some decent stocks on a dip, companies that have some solid sales and earnings... maybe make small gains and get out like ax1 says. 😉 I always hold too long!!!

Bought LOGI earlier this week at 70.83 and today some UBER at 32.34.
 
And MULN is popping yet again! Was looking at it this morning but oh well.
