Pretty sure glutathione needs to be injected to get noticable benifits. I don't know if transdermal would make a difference but I'd guess not

That is want I was thinking, but maybe @Hyde or @nostrum420 might have a better perspective ??

You could use it pre-workout to help enhance pumps, nitric oxide, and muscle hardness.

Reduced glutathione is for oral consumption. I believe the daily dose needs to be rather high and you’re probably much better off financially just taking sufficient NAC orally.

Note the other ingredients are almond oil, stevia, citrus for flavoring.

For skin whitening (people are weird) or the organ/health benefits, intravenous at a clinic or intramuscular delivery is going to be what you want.

you can take it liposomaly when paired with Phosphatidylcholine to improve bioavailability, but you can just super mega dose NAC (2g daily) and basically get the same effect

This is my first ever post on this forum. I just had to tell you guys how good transdermal glutathione is. I did 500mg in DMSO and isopropyl myristate. It didn't completely dissolve when swirled but after slathering it on, I noticed about a 20% increase in energy and mental clarity within 30 minutes. I got the idea from a product called Glutaryl which uses cyclodextrin as a carrier. I can't imagine it being better than this though.

Used the IV method late last year after a bad cold. Felt no difference. Maybe arm felt a bit warm and that may be psychological.
