Also Sunday I've got someone who's supposed to meet up with me and we're gonna max out singles on bench and maybe ohp and then pick a couple other exercise to see where I'm it in the 3-5 rep range
 
You guys wanna help me decide my cheat meal tonight? It's not a necessary cheat but it's for mental purposes knowing I'm going to be grinding for the next 14-15 days.

I'm craving something greasy, like a pizza or a crappy double quarter pounder meal from McDonald's or I was even thinking about going up to the casino for the high rollers lounge buffet. Today is the last day I'm going to have high roller status as my perks run out on the 1st. So now that I think about it I need to go use up the last of my points tonight.

This is the second time my left shoulder felt a little funky on flat bench so I'm gonna go back to a low incline bench.

Later today Im gonna do some heavy bag work and hit legs.

Thinking squats and walking lunges after the bag work. High reps and more muscular endurance focused

If it comes out good I'll share it, I don't want to give you a recipe that sucks so I got to try it out first.. it's not my recipe and it uses some pre-made type stuff in it so I'm not 100% positive how good it's going to be. They're not going to be the healthiest cookie but they are going to be high in protein LOL

I got them in the oven now but this asshole left out a ingredient I just found out so idk what's gonna happen.

As for my cheat meal, 😑

Wendys burgers suck. I just feel gross and not satisfied lol

I had the baconator fries instead lol.
Basically it's a chocolate chip cookie recipe with added protein powder and you replace the sugar and butter with guava paste. So it ends up low fat high carb moderate protein. It needed a little egg whites to make it fluffy, instead it was a little bit odd texture but still tasty. Tomorrow I gotta get the exact measurements from him cus I kinda winged the measurements and he forgot to mention a ingredient. It made 6 big cookies that are 10g protein each. There palm size and about 1/2-3/4in thick

That final set with 200 was brutal. I had to stop like 3 or 4 times to take a couple deep breaths and I was swearing out loud like a weirdo.

sounds like my company calling out cadence while marching to chow hall in boot camp--that was before women did boot camp with men, of course--but today i guess it wouldn't matter since not supposed to refer to people by sex, lol...geez, seems we are supposed to refer to each other as 'it's'....things were so much simpler back in the day!!!

I saw a "it's" at the gym this morning. It was at least 6'2, skinny fat, was wearing short shorts and a sports bra and had a bright yellow wig on.

I threw up in my mouth a little bit.

Listen, I don't care if your a man that wants to be a woman or vice versa, but when you got dressed this morning, there's no way you looked into the mirror and said... Hmmm, this looks like a acceptable outfit to wear out in public while I'm exercising half naked in a public gym where teenagers also work out.

What a pathetic waste of a cheat meal.

Cheat meal! Now we're talking. I need to get on Eric the Electric's level for cheat meals. He'll eat like 10k+ calories on the weekly. I eat maybe 1200 cal cheat meal and I fee like crap. Can't imagine what he feels like afterwards.

I'm gonna grind out for the next 2 weeks, carbs will be reduced leading up to the final day. On that day I will take pictures and the following day I will do a refeed with about 5000 calories and 600 gm of carbs and then take more pictures.

Il do a full day of eating for that
 
Meal 1
4 whole eggs
1 serving deli ham
1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp ketchup
Coffee with 3 Serv half and half

Gonna hit the gym for some pull ups and deadlifts followed by some boxing and I packed my post workout meal of

Meal 2
1.5 scoops whey, 1 cup fairlife milk, 1 cup watermelon and 1 kiwi.

After that I gotta go do a quick ceiling repair and il report back around lunchtime
 
Meal 3 was one of my 500 calorie flatbread pizzas. All my meals from here out are 400-600 calories and 40-60gm protein.

I got another workout in 45min. This is a actual boxing workout with the trainer so idk what I will be doing. Probably working on the mitts, some heavy bag work and I'll probably stick around and do some stuff for abs, biceps and grip work after

reverse bar curl x20 superset with alternating hammer curl x20 superset with maceball wrist extensions superset with maceball wrist curls.

repeat 3 times.

Going to work on building those numbers up.

Those numbers set by my macro calculator are not really what I'm shooting for I don't need to get 225 g of protein or 100 G of fat whatever that's just the app I'm using to track calories and everything
