Now what we look for is how many people buy into the options chain for this Friday. There wasnt alot last friday for the end of this week but I expect it to go up alot.

Ok.....I just checked and we already have 90,000 contracts expiring at $25.
 
Its exciting to see AMC above 20.... but its also a kick in the butt and sad. We were at 70 at one time. Solid in the 40-50 range for a long time. And now we are like battered women thankful to be climbing into the mid 20's.

Hey, to hit 70 plus we must hit these numbers in the 20s. It’s exciting. It’s going to exceed our ATH, no doubt in my mind.
 
Just need that wonderful combo where the shorts cover enough to blow the price past the next bunch of shorts covering, and throw in a splash of FOMO.

But after so many false alarms, head fakes, manipulation, and falling lower and lower, I still have my doubts.

Need to break 50 again before it's anything more than a cruel youtube hoax.
 
Always late to the party, but I feel like I should hold some stock in Wheat. Not sure which is a good one, so went with WEAT on a whim.

I see volume is almost 60 million the first 30 minutes, looks like we will be busier than yesterday.

yeah same .. this wasnt regular halt .. yesterday it was 58% of volume was shorted .. i wouldnt be surprised if today is some outrageous number

Im not going to sweat it if we pull back a little today. I just checked and at $28 we still have 106k contracts in the money (I bet some already started being hedged for,) it does look like we have the advantage the rest of the week.
 
Not that this means too much, but SSR trigger was $26.40 and this morning they dropped it exactly down to $26.41.
 
I just realized we have had 10 AMC green days in the row....can we make 11?

I wonder what the all time consecutive record is?
 
I’m thankful. Thankful that Griffin is such a sore loser, so sour, so prideful, that when we squeeze, my taxes will be significantly less. Thank you for reducing our capital gains tax. You bitter, prideful, greedy man.

I have to wait until mid May for all my shares to hit long term cap gains tax, but I'd still rather it squeeze now 😆

Technically if the stock is down -10% that triggers the SSR ( Short sale rule )

Which means that the next day they cant short it .. which hasnt been the case they have been doing it day after day when we fell from 70 to 14-15$.

( atleast from my understand thats what it is .. someone can correct me if im wrong, afterall im a dumb ape )

If a stock drops 10% on a single day the SSR trigger activates and you can only short the stock on a uptick the rest of the day and the following day. If I remember correctly. Just slows down shorting.

I have over 900 shares in long term gains now :) that’s a huge difference!
