Any recommendations on a supplement that I can add to go with my daily intake of water. Obviously taste is a factor, but looking for a complex profile to help with performance too. I’m not on a deficit so don’t think imma go the BCAA’s route, but appreciate any help.

IF i were looking for what you APPEAR to be looking for, i would go with a pill or td and just add a mix like skittles to flavor the water....a long time ago i used to really enjoy purple wraath as a intra or for going on long runs.

you are a bit vague in describing what you are looking for, could you be more specific?

I’m using just typical Gatorade powder in my jugs of water that I drink throughout the day, and was just curious about anything else I could add or use. Things like Xtend BCAA’s, ergonine, etc.

controlled labs purple wraath is a old school friend of mine...seriously it's been around for such a longtime for a reason+it's got eaa's and bcaa's, if i had to choose i would go with eaa's, but it's nice to have a combo.

back in the day xtend watermellon was the best flavored athletic geared drink by far, imo-haven't tried it in a long time.

I'm enjoying Bucked Up - All Bulk/No Bloat. I've added a couple reps here and there on my working sets. The swole whip flavor tastes like pina colada. Peach lemonade is pretty good too. I prefer the swole whip. Once in a while I'll add a couple shots of coconut rum and some crushed ice to make a delicious low calorie pina colada.

If you just looking for flavoring you can always hit the local Walmart and pick up drink mixes that have zero calories. If not Iconic has a hydration formula that is pretty tasty. Cost wise it priced really well and has the added hydration benefit.

I sip on PL EAA Max. They have great flavors. usually have good deals going on. I keep a gallon jug in the fringe. Fill up my bottle in the morning and off to work.
Heck, If I want a drink or 2 on the weekend I mix vodka in it. (I just mix it up a little stronger).
