I started TRT 2 weeks ago with test. cypionate (mixed with anastrazole) 200mg/wk split into two injections and 50cc of Gonadorelin twice per week. After about a week into starting trt I got home from the gym and realized I had some slight testicle pain, skip to today and I have been diagnosed with a thrombosed right side varicocele. From what I’m being told because of where the blood clot is there is pretty much nothing they can do about it I just have to hope it goes away.

My questions are, 1. has anyone else had a varicocele? 2.
Was it left side or right side? (I know right side is uncommon)
3. Anyone had a thrombosed varicocele?
4. Does anyone know anything I can do to help feel better?
5. Has anyone had varicocele surgery? If so how was it? :P
6. I currently take nattokinase once per day and am thinking about doubling it to twice per day. Does anyone else know of any other supplement ideas that might help with this type of stuff?

thanks!

I’ve been to 3 different doctors in the last 2 weeks. Im mostly just wanting to see if anyone else has ever suffered through the same thing and what ended up happening.

This. The nuts are sacred dude. Go to another doc if keeping both of them mean a lot to you.
I’ve been to 3 emergency room doctors in two weeks, my primary doctor, and talked to a family friend who’s a physician. All of them tell me that due to the location of the blood clot there’s really nothing to be done.

I've not looked for this specifically, but the ExcelMale website has a lot of good information on things like this.

I think that's your answer then as terrible as it is. Logically, any supplementation for clotting could theoretically help but I wouldn't expect anything to cure it if I was you. Hope it passes and you keep your nut though dude. On a related note, any idea what caused the clot? Was it directly related to your TRT or was that coincidental?

So I once had right side testicle pain around 19 years old (I’m 27 now) and I was diagnosed with epiditymitis, Right before I started feeling this varicocele I switched from normal workouts to heavy lifting, and now the doctors say they don’t see any epiditymitis. So I’m leaning towards I’ve already had it but it was never this bad, I began testosterone and heavy lifting which thickened my blood and cause a lot of pressure build up, and that’s what sorta caused this.
that’s my theory but then again I have no clue really. I just don’t believe in coincidences so the fact that I started TRT and then started having testicle pain I believe there is a corellation somehow.
