I have a red bump right next to my right nipple...is this gyno? I though this was a natural product

Do I need an estrogen blocker? is my tour over?

Your tour isn't over quite yet... your nipple will likely fall off, but you can still be a successful young man with one nipple.

Chances are it’s not related. Unless you have some odd genetics chances of gyno especially after a few days.
 
Gyno wouldn't be a "red bump" or of any color. It would be under your nipple and/or areola. Puffy nip(s) usually the first visible sign.
 
Sounds like an ingrown hair
