Seems like HCG is banned or extremely hard to get nowadays here in the USA, even with a doctor's prescription. My TRT doc recommended Pregnyl but it's alot more expensive? What have you guys been doing (for those of you on HCG)?
Pregnyl is hCG, just a big pharm brand. Compounded hCG is very difficult to find now because there are a lot more requirements for the smaller pharmacies to meet the new FDA requirements.
There are still generics out there. The FDA did the change during a world wide shortage of hCG and Covid.
I would try and then you may be able to order online too.So I technically I can ask my doctor to prescribe me a generic version then?
My doc switched me to clomid due to the hcg being hard to get

It's doing what I wanted, which is simply keeping my testicle's full and low. Essentially works pretty similar to hcgHow's that working out for you?
Totally different medications. I’d find a new doc who knows what he’s doing.
There still are compound pharmacies who have it.
Essentially it does the same thing as hcg as far as keeping the nuts from atrophy and not raising up inside you. Will also help with fertility while on trt.Which is what I wanted. So it works fine. And is a alternative. Exactly how is that different from hcg?
No I haven't noticed anything as of yet. Just been 2 weeks though.do you have any side effects? the side effects for SERMs seemed to be a bit more than HCG

Interesting report. What are you running and how much clomid to counteract the atrophy from that? It's doing what I wanted, which is simply keeping my testicle's full and low. Essentially works pretty similar to hcg
