Back pain on Ostarine

I was hoping that someone could provide me with some more information on the back pain/cramps that can happen when taking sarms or AS. I have been having fairly strong lower back pain for a day now and not sure if it is related to the ostarine or not. For some background info I have just started the ostarine 6 days ago, and the pain started yesterday. I have been dosing 20mg/day and also using ultra hard at 5 pumps/day. I know back cramps can occur on these compounds but didn’t think they were common. Also I know a lot of people aren’t a fan of ostarine on AM but this is my first cycle with anything other than just epi-andro. Thanks for any help!

I personally have never had back pain from any compound, but have heard of this occurring. I would see if it continues before stopping the cycle. If it does you may choose to stop one compound or eliminate both.

I wasn't sure that the two were related, because from what I've read, Osta is supposed to be very mild. I can't think of anything else that I've done recently that would cause the back pain though. I haven't stopped the cycle yet though and have tried to increase water and electrolytes to see if that will help the issue.

taurine is supposed to help with back pumps. also a good soak in the ole hot tub after a lift sesh might help relax the area.

how is your magnesium intake? it can also help to relax blood flow which may help too

Infrared sauna to loosen up the muscles, spa, foam roll, heat pack, taurine... try these things if it still hurts then you may have sprained a muscle.

I’m going to be honest I’m currently on a stupid stack consisting of s23 @24mg a day, s4 @ 16mg a day, osterine at 20 mg, cardarine @25mg a day, sr 9009 40mg divided throughout the day, mk677 @ 25mg a day. I take immortal multi vitamin, a ton of liver and kidney support svg75 before the gym and my vyvance 75 mg once daily. All coupled with 4-andro. All this and I’ve yet to have really any sides other then wicked night sweats an ridiculous thirst. In the gym and throughout the day I feel on light the switch has been switch and returned to beast mode. I know i try and keep electrolytes up and drink at least 2 gallons of water or more it seems a day.

all of this said are you taking organ support or anything and how much water are you getting daily?

before anyone says anything I realize my stack is crazy however if my account was as it used to be ( ie was labeled well known member) and did logs. You would see ive had plenty of experience with PH and aas. For some reason I took a break from the site after getting out of the military and when I came back my account was as if I never logged or replied to anything only my join date an name was still here. I monitor all my vitals and bloods before and after cycles. My kidneys and liver values are good. Either way op I hope the issue gets better and you got legit sarms.
BUT like @cheftepesh1 said if it doesn’t get better please stop and evaluate your source and possibly that particular compound just doesn’t agree with you.

Thanks everyone for the input. I have cycle assist in place for liver, blood pressure, etc. I normally drink about a gallon to gallon and half of water a day but have increased that since the pain started occurring. I also take a multi vitamin and fish oil daily but will start trying to increase potassium, magnesium and electrolytes intake and see how that goes. Going to get ahold of some taurine as well and keep the cycle going as long as it’s manageable. I don’t think the pain could be from a strain/pull because it started randomly in the middle of the afternoon while I wasn’t doing anything strenuous. Maybe I just don’t react well to osta which may not be a loss anyways except I’ll have some supreme labs mk2866 up for grabs

I am on 20mg osta currently and can confirm lower back pain / pump is a side effect. Taurine also helps a ton.

All I can say is do not do heavy rack pulls with a lower back pump....that was unpleasant.

I'm starting to think that the back pump has caused some sciatica to show up and that is what's making the pain significantly worse. The pain radiates from the lower back and travels down through my right buttocks and back of the right leg. Definitely the way I was hoping this cycle would go.

That’s sounds less like supplement driven and more sciatic. I would easy on low back work and see if it lightens.
