Ursa Major & True Shred run

Just got done running Epichaos for 8 weeks and all I can say is it never fails!

Now time to start Ursa Major & true shred run for 8 weeks. Along with Optimize t & Vaso 6

Current Weight: 165lbs
Height: 6 foot
