Good post workout?

Ive tried a few post workouts and they arent the best tasting when they have whey in them, but muscletech cell tech was nice to drink and contained carbs, bcaa's and creatine, ideal refuel but they have discontinued it.

I really suffer for a day or two with doms and or lack of energy in the muscles ive worked, so these post supps keep me pumped and full of energy


What post/intra/special creatine do you like to take?
 
I usually eat post workout. As far as intra I use EAA or karbokyn. Creatine I use krealkalyn just due to preference.
 
So I'm currently sipping GAT Sport's Flexx EAA's for intra... for post I'm doing whole milk mixed w Ghost's Chips Ahoy whey iso, and I add a rounded scoop (5g's) of ON's Micronized creatine powder in there...

Then I usually have a good dinner an hour after.

Yeah I do intros carbs with aminos of my last meal has been a couple hours. Post I do 50 grams whey and a meal about an hour after l. Overall daily protein intake is going to be one of the key factors in recovery
 
I find when I drink Nutrabio Leg Day during and after my workout and a scoop of Alpha Lion SH Sleep before bed (and eat well, of course), I feel well recovered the next day.
 
I have a shake after food as shakes can take my appetite.
I use carnivor mass ( chocolate peanut butter ) best tasting shake I’ve had,
has creatine bcaas and 50g protein from meat hence the name:)
 
its working for me I’ve put on size(aint on any gear)
and it tastes great.
I knew there was hydralized beef protein inside n didn’t expect to blend fillet steaks from the tub😂

For the doms try 5 to 10 grams of glutamine anytime post workout daily for a period of time. Unless I am some sort of anomaly I think you will be surprised at the results from just that.

A lot of the post workout products are pretty overpriced. I've found a few that are reasonably priced and actually taste really good. I usually add my glutamine and creatine to these. The Primeval EAA max is pretty good, even the ON Amino is reasonable. As for the creatine regular old monohydrate is as good as anything for most. But if you have digestion/bloating issues with it Creatine HCL is great. SNS makes a great priced Creatine HCL. Even comes in a tasty lemon lime flavor that works well added to almost anything.
 
Let me tell you, not sure if it's changed flavor, but Myogenix AFTERSHOCK post workout in Tropical Typhoon Flavor was up there with the absolute BEST tasting chit I ever done slugged down.

(Currently binging on this classic on Netflix…I’ve seen em all, countless times….But watching em in order, with no commercials is awesome…and kicking back with it at night, post workout is great for recovery!)

Same here haha! Not really binge watching but watching a few every night. I'm still only on the 2nd season.
 
I typically just use 40g of whey isolate and 50g of carbs from half Dextrose and half Maltodextrin. I also mix my second daily serving of Betaine & Beta Alanine in with it.
