I know two people personally who ran it, and they both loved it. One ran two bottles, the other four. Both said it kicked in around the 10 day mark. From both, the biggest thing they saw were strength and endurance increases. Not so much in the way of size. The only thing that stopped the two bottle guy from running longer was the price
 
Haven't tried yet but intrigued. I kinda wish they would've done away with the Lax and just upped the Apigenin dose.

I personally like the addition of Laxo, but more so because of how well it makes my joints feel. Allows for better recovery between workouts. But the apigenin dose definitely could be higher but I think that was the dose used in some studies

Really? 25mg seems like nothing. Swanson sells Apigenin in 50mg caps. I was thinking 500mg+/day for Apigenin to get some of the possible muscle building effects.

The study I remember seeing showed the results at 20mg - 40mg a day, however, effects increased with higher dosages

Also got 2 bottles on a BOGO deal. I’m already spending 50 a bottle on PA alone. So the added ingredients is a big bonus.
 
I’m going to assume byld does work. I’ve tried both PA and epi both separately and still having success with both. Haven’t tried Laxo. But yeah, if u can get it on sale, go for it. PA and epi alone are expensive.

Yeah, well I'm still waiting on shipping for my orders from Tues and Weds. which kinda has me worried right now lol

I have been using 600-800 for the better part of the year vis Abolic4 from the Lab. I would not expect anything tangible in the muscle gain department from such a small dose. Now general health benefits I cannot speak to as oftentimes you don't really notice such effects subjectively.
 
Sorry for the off topic guys.. does anyone know any cancer risk from using phosphatiduc acid and signaling mtor?
