Did anybody even face charges for any of that last time? Seems like it’s too easy to shop, why wait till Black Friday, just let justice prove Rittenhouse is innocent and then run our and get your free crap.

China banned foreign spectators from traveling to see the Olympics, they effectively wiped out what happened in 2008 and the ability for foreigners to protest at the Olympic games.

Yes some of the crazy (not all) Chinese will pissed, but the government will use it to rally national extremism and do stupid crap like banning NBA out of China effecting the NBA's financial books along with an additional speck of the US economy.

Just a few weeks ago they banned all of Boston Celtic's games in China just because one of their players were tweeting about Tibetan human rights issues and Uyghur genocid on Twitter on his own private time.

biden kisses china's ass there aint no way in hell he would actually do it---but banning the entire NBA from the chinese olympics is a far cry from just banning celtic games, don't you think?

I was just using a smaller past event to forecast what may happen if this or that occurs.

I would hope Groper didnt ban American Citizens from performing their Constitutionally protected activities. That would call for articles of impeachment, but that would only add to the thousands of potential articles he already should have lol.

I wouldnt say Groper kisses China's azz, he has had close ties to that dictatorship for a half of a century.

Ill tell you this, my father years after 2008 was like wtf, they said the Olympics were going to help China but they didnt do shyt, what a waste and trash (in my own words lol)

i will say that the 2008 opening ceremony was fantastic-best i've ever seen.

i also remember them "making' it rain to clean the extremely polluted air for the marathon...that was real climate change-eh?

What was even more impressive besides the accidental snow storm I ran into 2009 in Beijing was years later the weather foretasted heavy rainfall for days....and it did rain hard for days, thunderstorms and stuff it was there, I was there. But they had National Holiday and President Xi was going to honor "The Heroes Monument" in Tianemen Square commemorating their anniversary and that morning and early afternoon in between those heavy rain days they cleared the freaking skies.

Then people roll eyes at me when I tell them if they really want to cool the planet down they more than likely can, LMFAO!
