Helios 100- 2 Weeks In Review

Picked up two bottles of Helios 100 on the BOGO deal a few weeks ago. I have never used Apex products before. The only transdermal I have used was dermacrine many years ago.

I picked it up to deal with shoulder pain I have been having. FWIW I also changed up some exercises that were inflaming the shoulder at the same time. Been using 3 pumps in the morning and 2 pumps at night for two weeks. It’s made a huge difference in my shoulders. Took a few days to kick in but this stuff in combination with the change of exercises/form has really helped.

After a tough shoulder day I used to get nagging pain for 1-2 days afterwards and only
NSAIDs would help. Not anymore, I don’t have that pain but get the soreness of a good workout in my shoulders. This stuff goes
In easy, smells good and straight works!!! I would recommend it to anyone dealing with some nagging pain or injury.

Will be getting again at the next BOGO!!

Apex makes good stuff man.

From someone who use to have terrible nagging shoulder problems I can relate.

I found starting my push days or shoulder workouts with high rep rotator cuff exercises and then doing rear delts followed by 2-3 pain free exercises fixed me right up. I been doing that 2x a week for about a year and I went from achy annoying shoulders to making them my best body part

My main issue was going to heavy on side raises. I went down in weight started to do sets of 20-25 reps a set. Weighted pushups were no good for me so changed them to hands on blocks for extra stretch. Bouncing out of the bottom of a dip was also an issue. Pinpointed a bunch of issues and changed them to avoid pain. That in combination with Helios have my shoulders feeling good. Heavy barbell presses still get me but the pain doesn’t hold me up, started going thumbless last week so we’ll see if that makes a difference too. BUT sets of 10-12 onBB presses don’t really bother me, it’s more the heavy sets of 1-5 reps

If it hurts at all I would completely eliminate it temporarily. Only doing stuff that's completely pain free. Then start working it back in when the pain is gone. Either way, good luck

So, I went to a restaurant the other night, and when my glass was empty, this sweet young lady came over and refilled it.
I thanked her, and asked her how much that would cost.
She replied, "Nothing, we offer free refills"
8-)
Free Refills .........
Hmmm......

Grabbed two bottles of this today.
Has anyone had success using on the knees?
Arthur has been visiting my knees this past year and I think he plans to stay.

yes. give it a chance though. some of these over use injuries we have take time to feel better and sometimes, can get a little worse as it gets better. meaning you may feel some discomfort you are not used to as the inflammation clears out.

don't worry, you will be feeling like " an island boi " in no time~ ! 💩(y)
