I like 2ml pre-work and sometimes il go up to 4ml. I don't know how to accurately describe it but it's the mental effect I get from it. Like it mentally puts me more into my workout. And at 4ml I get a strength increase and I feel like there's a better signal for mind muscle connection. I've always felt like high doses of epiandro are similar to winstrol.
