Bridging from Msten to Epistane

Hi guys just want some opinions,

just started an oral stack Daily
Of Msten (P/N nanodrol) 1ml
Epiandro 750mg
Cardarine max 20mg
Along with appropriate cycle support products.

I have run a few ph cycles in the past along with AAS cycles, used Epistane a few times and always got on well on 6/7 week cycles at a medium dose. Wanted to give Msten a try so started this cycle 9 days ago, for the past 4-5 days I have really dropped my appetite, feeling sick and tired. The appetite loss I can handle but I can’t carry on another 5 weeks feeling sick half the day etc

Was considering dropping off the Msten and moving over to Epistane for the next 4-5 weeks. I appreciate with the epiandro in the mix dry joints etc may become apparent but wondered people’s thoughts/past experiences.
I also don’t want to short live the Msten and kick it out if my body will adjust over the coming few days which I’m happy to see how I feel in a few days.

cheers

Sorry bro, just for clarity are you talking about literally switching out msten for epistane rather than bridging two cycles?

a bridge would involve finishing the msten, dropping to low doses of something to keep the gains and the hitting the epistane cycle?

if it’s the first option then personally I would try to address the lethargy in another way. I don’t think epiandro is enough to keep you feeling good off either epistane or msten. I’d add a 4ad/4andro compound (assuming you don’t want to pin?) even low dose dbol would work. Mk could sort the appetite.

if your actually talking about a bridge then what would you bridge with?

Sorry wrong terminology used, first option actually dropping the msten and replacing with the Epistane, I knew the epiandro wouldn’t of made big differences to lethargy etc but even running Epistane in the past for 6/7 weeks I wouldn’t feel crappy until week 5/6 so was surprised to feel tired and sick so quickly.

so if I kept everything as is and added the 4 andro may make things all feel a little better?
Cheers

With all the symptoms you’re presenting, your body is under stress and lethargy obviously just hit you. Switching from a methylated and harsh oral to another methylated oral won’t fix anything. You’re going to be under the same stress and feel the same way. There’s a reason we don’t run such orals more than 4 to 6 weeks tops. Because they are horrendous for our body and make you feel like ****.

yeah exactly this OP. Switching one to the other probably won’t make a difference and in terms of gains you would make more maintaining the same compound.

if you really can’t hack it then I’d end the cycle, run a short pct, wait 3 months and then run the epistane cycle.

but I would personally just add something that converts to test (or is test) or something that does the same job (dbol or trest being the two that spring to my mind).

either that or add an extra shot to your morning coffee and ride it out brother

If I was 3-4 weeks in I’d just jack it in and run pct as I wouldn’t wanna run two harsh orals back to back, as mentioned iv run other orals and yeah had a little lethargy at week 5-6 when iv not run a test base but other than that felt fine.
Being only 9-10 days in and feeling sick half the day struggling to even get food down tells me my body just doesn’t get on with Msten. Just like iv read some people have had real **** side from Epistane, given iv got the other two compounds running I thought being only 9-10 days in swapping to Epistane for the remaining 4 weeks would still yield some gains and not make the cycle a total loss.

You COULD switch to Epistane. .... The problem is your body is already in a hole, so you'd be starting the Epi in a negative situation.
