How long on 7-keto?

So i used topical then to save cost moved onto 200mg pills, but how long can you run this for ?

Its literally the only thing thats ever helped with fat loss - i used to be skinny under20 years old but then pounds i couldnt shift no matter what i tried

wondering how long people run this and if any suppression of natural 7keto production?
 
It's always recommended to take a break after 8 to 12 weeks of use for any product. I'd play it safe and take a break after 8 weeks on 7 keto. I haven't used it as much as others have on the boards so others may have different experiences but that is my first thoughts would be to take a break after 8 weeks and then after a break you could jump back on it.

I would do this but maybe even drop it down to a 4 week break instead of 8 before I hopped back on. Can’t go wrong with either.
