250 days post last Test shot, I'm still lacking in libido recovery.
I'm looking to stay off anything until my 50's when I'll go for TRT.

Last cycle was just too close to the one before.
Was mostly just testosterone. Ran HCG and arimidex on cycle.

Have done two Nolva PCT's. Second one low dose for nearly 3 months, which I finished a couple months ago

Took a lot of supplements towards the end of this to try to get libido happening. Partially successful, but only while on all of them
Test boosters: boron, Rooiboos-dandelion combination, Cordycepin, Reishi, Astragalus, Ginger, K2, Selenium with NAC, Magnesium, Ashwagandha.
Prolactin-Inhibiting Supplements: Ginseng extract, Maca powder, Ashwagandha, Mucuna pruriens, Zinc, Ginkgo Biloba

Just saw an endocrinologist with these bloods, who was of no help at all. I am EU not in the US and this particular countries doctors are very anti TRT.
I thought LH was low and prolactin high but he seemed very unconcerned with it as it was within range.

Anyone with experience have any suggestions on what I could focus on from here?

TSH basal 2.17 uU/mlnormal 0.3 - 4.20
Testosterone total3.78 ng/mlnormal 2.5-8.4
SHGB29.04 nmol/lnormal 18-54
Free androgen index(Test/SHGB quotient) 44.6normal 24 - 104
Prolactin14.5ug/lnormal 4-15
FSH2.5 miu/mlnormal 1.5-12
LH1.7 miu/mlnormal 1.7-8.6
Estradiol E221 pg/mlnormal 11-43

Well, if anyones interested currently trying high quality Cistanche, Tongkat, Maca and trying to push training harder and in new directions to stimulate some more natural production. BCAA's with heavy training should help T levels too.

How's that going for you? Main thing i got from your blood test results was your LH was right at the bottom of the range. Have you considered low dose serm therapy?

Dont really like that prolactin honestly, its within range but in my case anything above mid range has been a source of problems especially in terms of libido and sexual recover.

There's some studies showing positive effects using Clomid to stabilize the HPTA when prolactin is high.

Clomiphene restores normal testosterone levels and improves sperm motility in most male patients with prolactinomas and persistent hypogonadism under DA therapy. Recovery of gonadal function by clomiphene is independent of prolactin levels.
