Hi all im.new to these sites so i been training around 5 years was very over weight and unhealthy

Im 41 6ft1 109kg 25% bf approx but no more
Im looking for a good lean bulk cycle my diet will be a lot of chicken steak eggs veg salmon
1 shake after my work out
So for a lean bulk

Im thinking test with superdrol and decca

600mg test 300mg decca and 40mg superdrol

The jabs will be split into 2 a week the superdrol is daily
The superdrol for 4 weeks
The test and decca 16 weeks

yea ask mods to close this thread and post in anabolic section .. you need to do some more research man .. experience users cant even handle 10mg and your jumping in 40

That's ok and understandable. Your cycle plan is not ok however. But you should ask mods to delete this (if you can't do it yourself?) or to remove it to Anabolics -section and ask about your possible first cycle there.
 
Not trying to be a Debbie downer, but if your goal is to lean bulk, you need to be lean to start. Or at least fairly lean. 20+ % bodyfat is usually where you say I bulked too far and it's time to cut.
 
Some ppl can handle 30+ mg of sd for 6+ weeks. Others take 10-20mg and after 2 weeks they feel sick and can't eat. Keep that in mind. 40 is way too high to start. Many ppl don't ever go over 30
 
And it's your first cycle and your running what ppl would run on there 5th 6th maybe even 10th cycle.

Also the higher your bodyfat the more likely you are to get acne and gyno.

You can do whatever you want, your a grown man, but I would rethink this whole plan.

Diet down to 12-15% body fat first, then run some test for a bulk, at 25% your insulin sensitivity is most likely bad and your going to gain fat faster then muscle if your eating in a surplus.

At bare minimum I'd ditch the deca and SD and just make this a cutting cycle

I was asking him how I'm looking and he basically told me I'm probably 15% bodyfat and it's time to diet down. They both have there guys start there bulks at single digit body fat and around 15% is when they tell them to pull the plug on there bulk. I wasn't very happy to hear that I need to cut cus I feel like I'm looking pretty good but sometimes we need to hear what we need to hear, not what we want to hear

To build muscle mass you have to bulk im looking to bulk the next 3 months have a time off then cut before my wedding

That's a nice goal for the next 5 - 10 years depending on your genetics and gear use. Remember to enjoy the process and not just look for the goal. You won't get there, if you don't enjoy the process and are not all in.

You got it ass backwards buddy, I'm not trying to upset you but that's the opposite of how it works. You need to get lean in order to build muscle, when your fat you don't put on muscle very easy, and this is a cycle your running, you can build muscle and loose fat at the same time while cutting. Don't set yourself up for failure.

You will be very lucky to add 10lbs if muscle on your first cycle, you can gain 30 lbs but it's not going to all be muscle. If you were already lean and you put on 30 lbs you may look like you put on 30lbs of muscle but that's going to take you years to do.

You have a very big misconception of how steroids work. Also, if you get deca dick, it can take months to reverse that, and the acne from using too much gear last long after the cycle ends, I was covered in them, took me almost a year to get it under control. It's not going to look too good if on your wedding night your covered in acne and you can't get it up from deca dick.

I can see your mind is made up but steroids are not the magic pill you think they are.

There not trolling, it's crazy how many ppl think you run 1 steroid cycle and look like a bodybuilder. There's probably less then 1% of the population who look like there on steroids after 10 cycles

Very true! That and a lot of people think if anyone has a decent physique it's because of roids. If roids were really a magic pill there would be a ton of jacked people out there because people will do damn near anything to look how they want except for putting in work. But to be fair, even with putting in the work and good nutrition for most people it's still difficult.

People just don't know much at all about gear use and the effects as it's still such a taboo. Especially how much there are different steroids, PH's and sarms with different effects and magnitudes of. I've come across mostly the kind of thinking that if someone is doing any kind of gear, they are going to be huge and ripped and get there fast with not much effort. People would be amazed if they'd know all the 'pretty ordinary' looking dudes, that have done some type of ped's.
