I know it’s not always black and white. Just curious.

You'd need bloodwork.
Some can use 200mgs, while many shouldn't go over 150mgs, etc ....
It is very individual.

My bloodworks come back absolutely perfect on everything when I’m blasting so I’m obviously blessed but it’s certainly not the case for everyone. As mentionned above for most people a higher dose of test will impact your bloodwork. Your question implie that you’re trying to use the highest dose possible which is a bad way of thinking tbh. You don’t need ever to cruise over 200. I used to cruise in 250 and now days I’m cruising on 150mg and I’m not losing any muscle at all. Your goal in cruise is to go as low as possible thus allowing your body a break and also allowing yourself TO RESPOND BETTER TO NEXT CYCLE. So your goal should be to aim as low as possible while keeping gains, not as high as possible.

exactly this ^^^

you specially said safe OP. Imo ‘safe’ is a dose which provides a test level well within range (I.e a normal amount which your body is well equipped to handle with no additional stress).

that’s the dose at which your body can recover and at which your organs aren’t being stressed.

the further over range you cruise the more impact you have. The level of impact may vary person to person but there will be one.
