Got bloodwork done. Should I cancel my blast?

So been cruising on 250 mg Invalid Link Removed for a year now. Got blood work. Everything came back good except a few things. Attached below. Also went for my physical physical bp was 160/90 I know my bp is usually high but I get white coat syndrome anytime it's checked at the doctor so it always goes up.

Now for my blast I just wanted to run 300 test 300 npp and Invalid Link Removed 25 mg. Would it be OK to do thus after receiving that blood work or should I not blast? Cholesterol was all good .

Donate some blood, you should even if you decide not to blast. Have you checked you bp by yourself without a Dr around, yours is pretty high.

Ok, that’s good, your blood count was high.

Maybe you should find something to lower your bp (like baby aspirin and Cialis) but You should be good to run your cycle since it’s not too harsh, do another blood test mid cycle to make sure all is good.

What about my egrf level?

And should I ditch the npp and just do anavar would that be better?

If your kidney labs look poor on just a cruise I would correct those before blasting anything.

Stop fooling around with BP and get on an ARB. Your elevated BP is most likely causing the strain your kidneys are showing. Start checking a few times a week and don't assume it's normal unless you have proof it is.

If I was in your shoes:

40mg/day telmisartan titrate till BP is 120/80 or less.
3g astragulus AM and PM. Recheck kidney values in three months.
Drop to true TRT for as long as it takes to get everything squared away.
Make sure you take a minn. of 3 days off training prior to your next set of labs and be well hydrated when you go in.

Yep agree with the guys above bro.

donating blood first step

Actually cruising at a trt dose and sorting your BP (agree that’s probably the kidney issue) would be immediate issues I’d address.

remember your kidney doesn’t repair, when it’s fucked it’s fucked.

personally I wouldn’t go near a blast till that stuff was all sorted brother.

gotta be smart when it comes to health

The kidney values is not that out of range, it could be so many things like dehydration (most likely this since it’s a fasted blood draw first thing in the morning), working out close to the blood draw etc.

If you would go straight for those numbers I would have had kidney failure long time ago, mine is always out range, the only time it wasn’t I took 3 days off from the gym a drank close to a gallon of water before drawing.

Talk to your Dr about it, he will be able to answer questions about your kidney better than us.

just my opinion but if we were talking about liver values then fair enough. Wouldn’t be a big deal just out of range

but when we have a guy with high BP (known cause of kidney problems) who’s been running a high ish cruise amount for a year and we’re looking at the kidneys then I think the smart play is to treat that first and make sure it’s not on the decline.

Definitely not a panic scenario but imo a scenario where one sits up and takes the steps (speaking to the doc as you suggest etc) before considering a blast

100 percent agrre thank you man!

I respect you a lot, but I feel like you are sweeping this under the rug. You always should take 3 days off before bloods, and I always have about 40oz or at least a litre of water in the morning before bloods, and my hematocrit and other blood values are always in range away from a blast. And eGFR is usually 78-83.

140/80 is excessively high to walk around with for the rest of your life if it’s avoidable. Telmisartan would fix the bp, straighten blood values out, and help protect his kidneys. And adding pine bark extract, grape seed extract, astragalus, beet root powder are all solid ideas as well - there are all-in-one products like Morphogen Nephrogen powder or Revive Kidney pills if someone doesn’t want to buy individual supplements on Amazon or the like. Arjuna is a nice otc bp option for a spell, products like Carditone.

I definitely agree on talking to his doctor; that’s always the best health advice - he could likely even get a script for an ARB and get quality stuff too.

But going back to asking other juiceheads on a forum if this isn’t a big deal, my opinion is that it’s not sustainable. If the blast absolutely doesn’t have to happen for something more important than his longterm health, it deserves some attention first.

I would donate blood and work on those numbers before blasting. If I'm being honest, I'd forget about blasting all together.

Agree with what others said.

A few of these figures are likely higher than what they would be if you were fully hydrated. Did you have any fluids before the test?

I agree about the bp issue 100%, kidney values is the best to discuss with his Dr, he’s values is definitely nothing to sweep under the rug, I’m just saying it could be something easy to fix because they are not that bad. I had worse readings for an example that was easy to fix with proper rest and hydration.

Definitely spot on there - if not rested from training and hydrated well the creatinine and thus eGFR will be useless.

Yea gonna cancel u think even 25 mg of var is not worth it

Any added anabolics, even your 250 test, is just adding load. You need to clean out and clean up. Plus if you drop down to 100-150 test for some months, the response when you introduce more gear will be much better.

I certainly did not want to panic you in anyway OP I just prefer to assume there maybe the start of an issue with a need to address it vs assume it's nothing and find out later we were wrong.
