A lot of threads on cutting recently ;)

@Tinyme I'd look into True Shred by Hard Rock Supplements. Definitely a product that fits your needs of getting a little shredded before a beach vacation. Multiple logs on here with great results as well.

It really depends on if you want a stimulant based fat burner or a non stimulant fat burner. It sounds to me like you're trying to rush a fat loss cycle by just taking a supplement instead of wanting to put in the work to actually lose fat. You need to first work on your diet and exercise routine before you jump into any supplement.

Let us know your stats and if you can tolerate stimulants, and maybe we can recommend something for you.

Lean Edge and Ab-Solved is a great cutting stack.

As for caffeine or stimulant based thermogenics, that's entirely up to you if you want to add one to your stack. If so, a lot of people love stacking Thermagize XT + Lean Edge + Ab-Solved.

You may have typo'd - when you said 'So I need caffeine pills and creating?' above, did you mean Creatine? If so, I would suggest a type that doesn't make you hold fluid weight like our Creatine HCI powder or caps. Creatine Monohydrate is great for some people but for many people, myself included, it can cause fluid retention to where we can't really see our progress in trying to get lean for the water weight.

It's okay. It's a forum error that I know they've tried to fix forever. A lot of people don't know, especially when they're newer to posting. Hell, I've known about it and still accidentally done it myself before.

That's understandable. There are some supplements that you want to have been working out consistently for longer before you take them, but there's nothing wrong with taking fat loss products after training for just a few months. Many people take these when they're just starting training or not training consistently.

Thermagize XT/Lean Edge Stack so these two are fat burners? Seems the same. Will I get results with just these two? Can I take it for 8 weeks or do I need to cycle off?

Lean Edge & Thermagize XT are both fat burners but are very different.

Lean Edge is a stimulant free fat burner that contains 15 active ingredients including 6 clinically researched, licensed, branded ingredients. It is very comprehensive and tackles fat loss thru a variety of pathways including improved fat burning, increased metabolism, appetite control, cortisol control, and positive mood support.

Thermagize XT is a stimulant based fat burner for people that want stimulants and an increase in energy. Thermagize XT contains clinically researched key ingredients and provides fast acting, long lasting energy and focus to help support fat loss and improve productivity and energy expenditure. It helps improve fat burning, increase metabolism, supports positive mood, and helps with appetite control.

Some people want a stimulant free fat burner (Lean Edge), some people want a stimulant based fat burner (Thermagize XT), and some people want to take both for maximum fat burning.

Both are great products and will help you maximize your fat loss results. Of course the better your diet and exercise routine is, the better the results that they can help you achieve.

Yes, you could take both products for 8 weeks before cycling off. Many people use Lean Edge for longer. Some very respected forum members that try to stay very lean use Lean Edge as a daily use supplement and I myself plan on likely using it up through October/November to help me stay lean throughout the summer and fall.

You mentioned Ab-Solved in your initial post and it is a great addition to Lean Edge &/or Thermagize XT and I plan on using that for at least the first 8 weeks of my cut/recomp that's getting ready to start.

Ab solved and lean edge are great. If funds permit you could even add in true shred which is a personal favorite. Overall a different focus from the other two products. Can’t go wrong with the two or the three :)

Yes that's correct. Each bottle is a 30 day supply and you can run (2) bottles back to back.

Think imma do the thermagize and lean edge for 30 days then true shed and ab solved for the next 30 days. Will that work?

I like the reps that post here for True Shred so I'll never speak badly on their product. I'll just say that its not what I would do personally. For me, if I wanted to add True Shred, I would add it in addition to Lean Edge and Thermagize XT but not in place of either of them. I'm speaking from a purely fat loss perspective.

I'm getting ready to start trying to lean down for summer myself and my personal protocol I'm getting ready to start is:
- Lean Edge - at least 8 weeks but I'll probably stay on it thru fall to help get and stay lean
- Thermagize XT - 8 weeks on and then cycle off for 4 weeks
- Ab-Solved - 8 weeks min. and then make a decision whether to stay on it

So for you, my suggestion for you for 8 weeks would be:

Weeks 1 - 8: Lean Edge & Thermagize XT + Ab-Solved (add True Shred if you'd like)
or
Weeks 1 - 4: Lean Edge & Thermagize XT + Ab-Solved
Weeks 4 - 8: Lean Edge & Thermagize XT - and change out Ab-Solved for True Shred if you really want to try it

I think you'll really like that stack.

You can pick them up at a few different online retailers but here links to them at Strong Supplement Shop, a board sponsor:

Yep. Formula has been around for a while. There are two camps but I am a big fan of topicals and so were people like Matt porter and others like Matt the owner of evomuse.

I don't remember what's on Ab-solved, but many compounds work way better when applied transdermally. Some compounds have poor bioavailability when taken orally and some have such a short half life that you'd need to be taking pills 3 times or more a day. With topical admistration you'll get sustained release and need to dose only once a day. And then there's the conversion rate of td PH's vs oral, but that's another game.

Absolutely. There are ingredients that have poor oral bioavailability that need to be used in transdermal form for best results. Also, in the case of Ab-Solved, there are ingredient that when they are delivered in a localize format to fat cells have a very specific activity to burn fat in those areas.

There are a lot of fat loss gels that you see hyped on informercials and stuff that don't work. Then there are products that are science based like Ab-Solved that absolutely do work.

I don't remember what's on Ab-solved, but many compounds work way better when applied transdermally. The ingredients in Ab-Solved are absorbed better topically but also Ab-Solved is considered to be localized so the ingredients are more targeted towards attacking fat in certain areas. Note though that with transdermals that are considered localized, there will be some systemic delivery for systemic results as well.

@sns8778 - You had mentioned adding Stano-Plex 300 to this - did you ever try it. Sounded like a good addition to me.
I have used Stano-Plex 300 in the past and really like it.

In this thread, it think I had only listed the supps I'm going to be using specifically for cutting purposes because that was the subject of the thread and I didn't want to add any confusion.

Background/reason for personal stack: I have really let myself go over the last 6 months to a year and haven't really done hardly anything in terms of eating right or working out. Variety of reasons - 3 major ones - I've worked 70+ hours every week since beginning of December; I have food allergies that make it extremely difficult to eat properly if I don't pre-prepare everything in advance; and I have an autoimmune condition that flares up and I've had it happen badly several times in that period and the swelling makes it hard to move properly, working out wouldn't even be an option. So for me, I want to build back some muscle and lose some fat.

Here is my breakdown in parts:

Fat Loss:
- Lean Edge - will most likely stay on it thru fall to help get and stay lean.
- Thermagize XT - 8 weeks and then cycle off 4 weeks.
- Ab-Solved - 8 weeks min. and then make a decision whether to stay on it
- Focus XT - I don't use this for fat loss, I use it for nootropic effects but it has a lot of great ingredients in it that double up for fat loss as well.

Muscle Building:
- Anabolic Effect - 16 weeks
- Stano-Plex 300 - Will most likely add in around week 3 or 4 and run 8 weeks at 600 mg. for weeks 1,2, & 8 and 900 mg. weeks 3-7.
- I will also be adding in SNS Anabolic XT when we release it.
- M-Test - this is a daily use supplement for me
- Epi-Plex - this is a daily use supplement for me
- PEAK02 - this is a daily use supplement for me

I may do some type of discussion log for fun purposes for this. I'm not going to be very detailed with my workouts or anything bc I'm at the point in life that I'll just be happy to get them in, but may do one just to interact and have fun, and also to help try to hold myself accountable.

That's understandable. Many people take these when they're just starting training or not training consistently.

In my opinion it would likely be fine but anytime there's a medical condition involved, we always have to say ask her doctor first just to be sure. I have a good friend that has Crohn's and she's been using it for around 2 months with no issues.

I want to make sure I understand what you meant. Are you saying that you may have her take S4 and Andarine? If so, I definitely would not suggest those two with her condition. S4 scares me even for a completely healthy person.

I look forward to seeing how she likes the Lean Edge.

To gauge feedback, please start her on it before you decide to give her S4 if you do; because I wouldn't want her to think any side effects from S4 may have come from Lean Edge.

I personally would never give a female S4 but thats just my opinion. I'm scared of that ingredient myself and wouldn't use it if someone gave it to me bc of the potential vision side effects and more. Eyesight is nothing to mess with.

If I wanted to add something else for her with Lean Edge and Reduce XT, if it were me, I'd add XPG Ab-Solved.
